I'm A Celebrity legends give their predictions for new series

I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! legends Vicky Pattison, Jake Quickenden and Ferne McCann reckon they can't wait for the new series to start.

The trio, who have all taken part in the ITV reality show in Australia, popped into the This Morning studios today to give their take on this year's line-up ahead of the show's launch on Sunday.

When asked what she thinks about this year's contestant, former UKip leader, Nigel Farage, going into the jungle, Ferne, 33, who came third on the show in 2015: said: "He’s going in there to change people’s perspectives, it's good to have controversial characters. I'm buzzing for the line-up."

Also heading into camp, along with This Morning host, Josie Gibson, is Britney Spears' sister, Jamie Lynn. The younger sister of the My Prerogative star has already promised to 'share some stories' and Geordie Shore star, Vicky, 35, who was also in the show in 2015, says she "wants to hear all the Britney goss". She also reckons Jamie Lynn, who slammed her sister during the singer's infamous conservatorship challenge with the siblings' father, Jamie, could be in there to "redeem herself".

Jake, meanwhile, who came runner up to Carl Fogarty on the show in 2014, said the programme gives you "three weeks to show real you" and to "turn people around" if necessary. He also said he couldn't wait to see Nigel Farage "eat some testicles".

Someone else who may want to see the GB News presenter eat testicles is First Dates star, Fred Sirieix, who has made no secret of the fact he's not a fan of Farage.

The presenter appeared to take a cheeky swipe at the former MP as he arrived at Brisbane Airport in Australia ahead of the new series of I'm A Celebrity kicking off on Sunday. At the airport, Fred was asked who he would least get on with in camp and he replied: “I'll let you guess, I'll let you guess!” And then began to laugh. Giving her take on the potential fireworks between the pair, Vicky noted: "Fred's raring to go!"

Vicky, Jake and Ferne all said they will have "FOMO" (fear of missing out) watching the new series as they spoke about their regret at not being part of the All Stars show, which took place in South Africa this year. Admitting they "didn't get the call", they laughed as they agreed how 'special' it is to be part of the primetime franchise.

Viewers can't wait for the new series to start and were sent into a frenzy when the celebrities were papped arriving at Brisbane Airport yesterday. Hosts Ant and Dec are already in the country and have been spending time on the beach with their families ahead of Sunday's much-hyped launch.
