Naked Attraction erupts into furious row after woman rages date is a 'liar'
Naked Attraction switched from sexy to seething after a female contestant branded her bodybuilder date a "liar" during a furious row on the show.
The Channel 4 programme is no stranger to controversial moments, but one episode saw a couple quickly become entangled in a bitter spat as they reunited after their date. The duo started to argue about who ghosted who - which eventually ended with one apologising.
Picker Kathy chose Andy during their episode, but things soon turned sour when she accused him of ignoring her. Kathy chose him from a selection of six possible dates with the couple quickly doing the deed after their date on the programme.
Bodybuilder Andy literally swept Kathy off her feet and carried her out of the studio as they headed on their first date. The pair seemed to be getting on well, with it looking like they may have ended up together.
But trouble in paradise soon hit as, at their reunion, Kathy accused Andy of standing her up. Andy said: "I’ll be honest, I left it with you after I came down to see you."

Kathy told Andy that he ghosted her (Channel 4)Kathy replied: "Yeah, and that was all great," as Andy said she started sending texts and the tables were turned. Kathy soon pulled her phone out for evidence as she called him "stupid" and started showing him texts.
The pair then erupted into an argument but editors of the show fast-forwarded through much of it. Kathy then declared: "It’s a lie, Andy! You are a liar."
Later on Kathy admitted: "My happy ending turned into a bit of a nightmare." She said at first she thought Andy could be "the one" but it wasn't long before she "smelled a rat" and that there were "things he was saying that weren’t adding up". She said: "I’m too old for this. He’s messing me around, so I just ended it."
Andy and Kathy then came together again on a video call where he apologised and admitted that he had acted wrongly. He asked for her forgiveness for his actions three years ago on the show and to meet up again. Kathy went on to agree to another meet-up with it potentially going better than last time.
This comes after a contestant was escorted off the set "calm down" after becoming "too excited" during filming. One of the most memorable behind-the-scenes moments of Naked Attraction took place when a male contestant had to be taken into another room by a stage manager, after seemingly growing aroused by his surroundings.
Speaking on the Andy Jay podcast in 2021, Anna explained that the awkward incident happened "a couple of seasons ago" to a "young man" who was standing in the pink pod.
"He was getting a little bit excited about what was about to happen," the 53-year-old recalled, before adding, "So our lovely floor manager, Dave the floor manager, had to go ‘come on’ and just had to escort him off the floor for a little while, just to calm down. And then he was brought back onto set."
