Denise Van Outen splits with boyfriend of 18 months after ex's cheat scandal
Denise Van Outen has confirmed she has split from her partner Jimmy Barba following her split from her previous cheating ex Eddie Boxshall.
The 49-year-old went public with the relationship last year not long after ex Eddie's cheating scandal had emerged. Denise revealed the whirlwind romance has come to an end but the pair remain friends.
“We have decided to part ways but we remain great friends and our families and children are still in touch," she told The Sun. Denise and the 55-year-old were previously inseparable after being introduced by All Saints singer Shaznay Lewis.
She explained she felt she could trust the property developer completely as she knew her friends would never set her up with someone untrustworthy following her rocky love life. At the beginning of their relationship, Denise posed with her new boyfriend on red carpets and regularly uploaded photos of the couple loved up on holiday or enjoying cosy dates.
Denise was left devastated when it emerged her then-boyfriend Eddie had been messaging other women behind her back. Eddie, who began dating the actress and TV personality in 2014, admitted to swapping up to 20 sex texts to women.

Honestly, I feel like I’m in a nice, happy, good place. I wouldn’t change anything."
Eddie said he was "deeply sorry" and "ashamed" when the cheating scandal broke. He has since found love again with a personal trainer from Essex.
People were quick to notice she looks a lot like the former Big Breakfast star but Eddie had a snappy response when his followers commented on his name flame's appearance. Uploading a shot with his new girlfriend, the pair smiled as he captioned the shot: "Bank holiday", with a big love heart and then Eddie included the hashtags "#shhhthereyougo #idontdohating #thankstothenicepeople #happy".
Someone commented: "Anyone going to state the obvious?", before Eddie then quickly responded in an apparent dig at his former romance: "Yeah, I'm happier than I've ever been... Well spotted."
