Nigel Farage won't win I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! but will find himself in spots of bother, according to a former winner.

Former champion Danny Miller who won the show in 2021 while it was filmed in Abergele, Wales, due to coronavirus restrictions believes that he'll be put in "a few sticky situations". The former MEP has sparked a riot with his decision to take part, with viewers even threatening to damage ITV's ratings by boycotting this series.

During an appearance on Good Morning Britain, he addressed the rumoured line-up which includes Mr Farage, Josie Gibson, Jamie Lynn Spears and Marvin Humes. Mr Farage's appearance comes just one year after disgraced former Health Secretary Matt Hancock appeared on the show and seemingly impressed viewers.

Emmerdale star Danny, 32, said: "I'm not the most political person but I think it's safe to say that he's going to ruffle a few feathers, and I think the I'm A Celeb team are very good at getting people in that are going to get the viewers up and, more so, get the votes up. I can imagine he's probably going to be in a few sticky situations, as Mr Hancock was last year.

"They (the voting viewers) want to put him through the paces… I don't think it's a case of he's going to win it. I'd probably bet every penny I've got against him winning it. They'll put him through everything and then they'll drop him, like they did with Matt." The Stockport-born soap actor went on to share advice for Mr Farage who has previously been accused of racism, sexism and xenophobia throughout his controversial career.

"I'd say just smile and just hope to last as long as you can because I can't imagine that people will be as receptive and welcoming to his political views," he said. But amid reports that those heading into the jungle are prohibited from smoking, Danny added that ITV bosses "cleverly manipulate" how many calories campmates get, adding: "That's a way of keeping you just on the edge of breaking."

Farage is said to be the highest-paid I'm A Celeb star of all time, with a whopping £1.5million heading to his bank account. This comes after accounts for his political party, Reform, showed the party was in almost a million pounds worth of debt. Documents state that the right-wing group has net liabilities of £1,106,050. Three years ago, they received almost £3million in donations

Upon landing at Brisbane Airport, Mr Farage told the Mirror and other members of the media he was on a "surfing: holiday. He added: "I can't confirm I am doing it [I'm A Celeb] but I might be. I just think there is a big young audience out there that watches the programme which is worth talking to. I have been messing about on TikTok for the last few months and you would be surprised, a lot of young people out there are interested in what I have got to say."
