MAFS UK star Rozz says 'there were tears' in reunion with 'transformed' Thomas
Married At First Sight UK star Rozz Darlington revealed there were tears during her reunion with ex Thomas Kriaras.
The unlikely couple spent a lot of time and energy to form a loving connection despite having a rough start. Rozz and Thomas fell for each other over the weeks in the show but things turned sour during Homestay Week when Rozz struggled to navigate their relationship in the real world away from the confines of the experiment.
She admitted to 'checking out' of the relationship as they two broke up after a long talk at her home. Thomas was further hurt when she told the experts that she wanted children, just not with Thomas. It was a difficult watch for viewers but they were delighted to discover the duo remained friends over the months.
And now, Rozz opened up about reuniting with him for the show's Reunion Special - which airs next week. She said: "I saw him this week when we filmed the reunion show, which was difficult as we had to re-live the breakup, as it’s been on TV this week, so there were tears."
Rozz broke up with Thomas during Homestay Week (Channel 4)Opening up to OK! about their strong friendship, she continued: "But there were cuddles too and we absolutely do love and respect each other and have a beautiful, amazing friendship and we’ve both grown hugely as people through the experiment." During the final commitment ceremony, Rozz made a few admissions that made the contestants tear up.

Speaking to the experts on Tuesday night's episode, a teary-eyed Rozz revealed the conversation she had with his mother. "She was talking about children and I was like, 'Oh no, I don't want to have children'," she said. "I go home and I see Millie's little Maeve (her family member's daughter) and I'm like, 'No, I do want children.'
"Like that's all I want and then I feel bad because the fact that... I can't say it because I feel bad," Rozz continued as she cried and covered her face. When I look at Thomas it's not anything to do with Thomas, I maybe just don't want children with Thomas." Thomas immediately huddled over after being hit with the stinging new information while the contestants on the sofa either covered their mouths or wiped their tears away.
Thomas told her: "I didn't know it was that reason. I just thought, you know, you were overwhelmed." Rozz continued: "I just think it's not fair on Tom and I just think to stop it now." Thomas replied: "I would want to fight for you, Rozz, but I don't want to make you feel harassed. I just feel like I want someone to accept me."
