EastEnders star Natalie Cassidy's low-key wedding plans after 8-year engagement
EastEnders' Natalie Cassidy has spilled the beans on her wedding plans with fiancé Marc Humphreys, eight years after their engagement.

Natalie have been engaged to Marc since 2015 and shares a seven year-old-daughter, Joanie, with the cinematographer. She also has a 12-year-old daughter, Eliza, from a previous relationship.

Despite the quick progression in the relationship, they've taken their time with marriage plans and have yet to even settle on a venue or a date.
Speaking candidly when asked about her visions for the service on Loose Women, Natalie joked about needing to "get round to it". She also suggested that their wedding might be a cosy affair at their local pub with just close friends and family, admitting that she's concerned about the cost of the lavish do.

"[Weddings are] really expensive, when you've got children everything is expensive," she told hosts Ruth Langsford, Brenda Edwards and Janet Street Porter.
"We just need to get round to it, we just need to do it," the star continued. "I've thought about a big wedding and loads of people but I think when we do it, it will be down the road. In the pub, with all our friends and family, just get it done."

Speaking to OK!, Natalie explained: "One minute I want a great big wedding, the next minute I think we could just go somewhere really easy. I'm very indecisive."
Despite not being pushed on the wedding, she and Marc still make sure they have romantic moments without the kids.
"Life can take over, kids can take over, and before you know it, you've had no time together on your own," she mused.
Nathalie was previously engaged to her abusive ex-partner Adam Cottrell, but the pair parted ways after an on-off relationship of four years. The 43-year-old was convicted for assault and criminal damage against the Strictly Come Dancing star in 2011, after pleading guilty to attacking her at their Broxbourne apartment. He was sentenced to 120 hours of community service and handed a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim. Nathalie and Adam reunited after the assault and became engaged on the condition that that he sobered up, but the two permanently split in 2013.
