Fans of Little Mix spotted the girl band’s memorabilia piled on the floor of Jesy Nelson’s house, as she took to social media to reveal her plans to build a home studio.

The now-solo artist, 31, gave fans a virtual tour of her pad as she explained the ideas she had in store for the interior of the house.

Jesy climbed a set of wooden stairs where eagle-eyed fans spotted the Little Mix memorabilia piled in the background, including blown-up album covers, framed photos and posters.

Revealing the room where she would be building her studio, the singer said: “I wanted to show you guys my next project.

“Basically, I’ve cleared out this whole room and I’m going to make it into a studio. I’m very, very excited.”

She continued to tell her fans that she had ordered recording equipment and was going to teach herself how to use it, showing the equipment laid on the floor among other boxes.

She said: “I’ll record all my lovely songs for you guys, and I’ll learn how to record myself and do all that s***”.

Jesy then apologised for the current state of the room, which featured white walls and a brown carpet, saying that she needed to make improvements before turning it into a studio.

She finished: “Hopefully the next time I show you this room, it’ll be decorated and be my little humble abode. I’m so excited guys, I’m so excited to have a studio and whenever I want to come in here I can record music.”

Jesy’s first and last solo record, Boyz, catapulted the star into the centre of a “blackfishing” row, which ultimately led to her leaving her record label at the time, Polydor.

She then went on to pursue independent opportunities, and has reportedly frequented different recording studios in the UK and the US over the past year.

She also filmed a music video for her second single, Cried Out.

Jesy recorded the promo for the new song on a locked-down set at Twickenham Studios in South West London, which was directed by her ex, Harry James.

Jesy left Little Mix in 2020, citing her reasons being that the band was 'taking a toll' on her mental health.
