Peter Andre facing 'Beyoncé dilemma' over name of third baby with wife Emily
Peter Andre has revealed he is facing a ‘Beyonce dilemma’ over the name of his third baby with wife Emily.
The couple are already parents to daughter Amelia, nine, and seven-year-old Theo. While Mysterious Girl singer Peter also has two older children, Princess, 16, and Junior, 18, who he shares with his ex-wife Katie Price.
It was revealed the couple are about to become parents again when Peter, who recently turned 50, and 34-year-old Emily announced their happy news a few weeks ago. Posting a selfie together as Emily held up their scan photo, they captioned the post: “We’re delighted to share the news with you all. A new addition to our family in 2024. The kids are so excited. So are we.”
But it seems Peter and Emily are already quibbling about what to call the latest addition to the family and have agreed the best plan is to wait until the baby is born to see what name he or she suits best.
It comes after Run the World singer Beyonce and rapper Jay-Z recently admitted their 11-year-old daughter Blue Ivy was supposed to be called something else, but they ended up changing her name at the last minute.

The couple are already parents to Amelia, nine, and seven-year-old Theo (Instagram)Jay revealed how he and Bey finally came up with their little girl’s moniker in a new interview with US TV star Gayle King. When asked if they had dubbed her Blue because it was his favourite colour, the rapper grinned as he explained: "I wish it was that simple. It was supposed to be Brooklyn.”
He added: “That was the name we had in theory. When we got to the sonograms, she was super small there and we were calling her blueberry, like 'Look at the little blueberry!' It was a nickname for nine months. It was natural, we just took the berry off and called her Blue."
Writing in his latest column for OK! magazine, soon to be dad-of-five Peter said he could relate all too well to the struggles of trying to find the perfect name for your child – and shared his own children almost had different names.

I think it’s very common not to be certain about a name for your child before they are born.
“I had a similar dilemma over names for all my children, including Junior. The moment he was born I saw he did look like a mini-me, so I guess him being called Junior was quite an easy choice. Millie [Amelia] was almost called Rose. Sometimes you don’t know know until you meet the baby, but the process of trying to decide is fun.”
While Peter and Emily have stopped short of sharing their due date for their newest addition to the family, it is thought he or she will arrive in spring or early summer next year if they announced their happy news in October.
