Maths is a tricky subject, and oftentimes, maths puzzles can leave people stumped and unsure of the correct answer. They can be fun to answer, however, and if you get competitive with family and friends, it will help to focus your brain a little more.

Bright Side shared a maths riddle that could "even stump Albert Einstein", sharing that even some of their team "couldn't solve" it as it's so tough.

This particular riddle shows cupcakes - and some of them have different toppings. You're tasked to work out what each of the separate items is worth. There are plain chocolatey cupcakes, milk and white chocolate straws, and cherries too.

Cupcake x cupcake x cupcake = 27. A cupcake with a white chocolate straw + a cupcake with a chocolate straw = 10. A cupcake with two chocolate straws + a cupcake with a cherry in = 11. Then, to complicate matters, a cupcake with a chocolate straw + a plain cupcake + a cupcake with two cherries and a chocolate straw = 15. Baffling, right?

You'll have to try to figure out what each of them means, and Bright Side said: "Any detail, no matter how small, can be very important and make the difference between a correct and a wrong answer."
