Man City star and Love Island's Arabella linked after 'identical posts' spotted

Arabella Chi and Rúben Dias have sparked rumours that they are an item

Love Island star Arabella Chi has suggested she and Manchester City defender Rúben Dias are an item.

The pair have posted near-identical snaps on their respective social media pages in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris, taken from the same angle. In both Arabella and Ruben's snaps, the same people could be seen in front of the iconic landmark which sees millions of tourists flock to the Parisian streets every year.

in the snap, shared by Arabella, one woman could be seen wearing a stone-coloured khaki jacket while her friend, wearing a green sweater was taking a picture of the landmark. Meanwhile, Dias' snap saw the same group of women directly in front of the huge metal tower.

Although their snaps which were posted on their Instagram Stories have since expired, fans were quick to take screenshots as they noticed the similarities and sparked rumours that they may be romantically linked to one another and enjoying a romantic trip to the city.

Arabella, who appeared on Love Island 5 in 2019 split from her New York businessman boyfriend Richie Akiva in September and has remained tight-lipped about any possible romances. Meanwhile, Dias was seen kissing cabaret dancer Ginevra Festa last year after his split from singer April Ivy. He too has not spoken about his love life since the kissing snaps emerged. But despite his trip to the Eiffel Tower, he stepped out alone at the Ballon d'Or Awards in Paris on Monday night.

Arabella set tongues wagging over the summer after she was seen with Leonardo DiCaprio's pal while enjoying a lavish trip to Ibiza and partying on a private yacht.

At the time, a source told The Sun: "Arabella is enjoying a summer romance with Richie and they've grown close in recent weeks. She lives in Ibiza now so when Leo and his mates came to town she was invited on board their yacht. It's a world away from the Love Island villa but Arabella is totally at ease with anyone and everyone."

Meanwhile, Dias and his ex-partner April were last around one another in July as they both attended the wedding of Manchester City's midfielder Bernardo Silva to model Ines Tomaz. In September 2021, reports emerged suggesting that the couple had split due to their "lifestyle differences" and due to Rúben being "more discreet" than "exuberant" April, according to Portuguese media.

The Portuguese ace rapidly removed all traces of April from his social media pages.
