When thinking of property experts, no doubt Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp come to mind. They're the faces of Channel 4's long-standing show, Location Location Location, which first aired back in 2000.

They've since launched spin-off Relocation, Relocation along with Love It Or List It and delved into other projects separately, such as Kirstie's Handmade Christmas and Phil Spencer's Stately Homes. "I feel like we've offered a parental helping hand, especially to confused first-time buyers," Phil, 53, told the Guardian. "Over the years, what's pleased me more than anything is being stopped in the street by people who tell me the advice was useful".

As they've been partnered on screen together for more than two decades, unsurprisingly rumours have swirled about their off-screen partnership, with Phil often referring to Kirsty as his 'other wife' whilst Kirstie once admitted she knew him better than her own partner, property developer Ben Anderson. However, they are both in long term relationships with other people.

"I still know Phil better than I know Ben because Phil and I have spent more time together. We'll never be apart. I can't imagine a day when he and I go more than a month without seeing each other," she said in 2007. But Phil has insisted the pair have a "natural, platonic relationship".

As they travel across the country helping homebuyers find their dream properties, many viewers at home might be wondering about the properties the presenting duo own, and it's fair to say they have been reaping the benefits of their expertise. In 2015, Phil reportedly sold his six-bedroom family home in London for a profit of £2.4million and now resides in a sprawling £3.3m countryside mansion in Hampshire.

The home-buying expert swapped life in the capital for a rural pile for a 'change of life' for him and his Australian wife Fiona Spencer and their two sons, Jake, 16, and Ben, 13. According to Mail Online, the property boasts six bedrooms, all of which come with an en-suite, and has its own cinema and gym.

Across its 10 acres of land, there is plenty of greenery and a tennis court while the family also have six chickens and two ponies. Speaking to the Mirror at the time of the big move, the dad-of-two said: "I've loved living in SW London for last 25 years, but have moved to Hampshire for a change of life - children getting older and changing schools etc. I was born and bred in the countryside so excited about having space, nature & greenery around us. Two ponies and six chickens have already joined the family!"

And according to CelebrityNetWorth, thanks to his TV success and property ventures, Phil has a net worth of around £20million. Meanwhile, when it comes to Kirsty, she has chosen to remain living in the bustling capital with her husband Ben and two sons Bay, 11, and nine-year-old Oscar. However the family does indulge in a second home in Devon.

They live in Notting Hill, one of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in London, where the average home price is £2,165,888. Their white-exterior period property boasts a beautiful magnolia tree in the front garden and inside, has loads of cosy features. In the kitchen there is a large cream Aga and in the living room, a traditional wood-burning fire.

Last May, it was reported that the presenter, 52, who bought the Devon property in 2008, started to let out the home for holidaymakers - which would set you back at least £2,268 per week. It can sleep 14 people and is located just minutes from Welcombe Mouth, one of the area's most stunning beaches.

Speaking on Classic Cottages, property manager Nicola Williams said: "I chose this property because you can bring all your friends to this beautiful house, set in a stunning valley close to the sea. The plus is that it is Kirstie Allsopp's!" Thanks to her impressive property portfolio, the TV star is reportedly worth around £16million.

Location, Location, Location returns tonight on Channel 4 at 8pm.
