Alex Scott looked totally unrecognisable as she transformed into a terrifying Pennywise clown for Halloween.
The football pundit got into the spooky spirit with a frightening ultra-realistic costume. She donned a bold red curly wig and full creepy clown makeup with a white face, red lips and red button nose. Alex gave her best Pennywise impression as she wore a yellow bodysuit and oversized blue and purple shirt.
She also gave her costume a twist as she rocked thigh-high yellow stockings with chunky red boots. The presenter replicated scenes from the horror film and book It as she walked through the dark streets clutching a handful of balloons. Taking to her social media, Alex wrote: "ScottieWise [is] the new PennyWise."

She gave fans a closer look at her clown makeupAlex showed off her spooky look by striking a number of poses in the snaps. She stood under a dimly-lit London canal and slowly walked towards the camera with the iconic deadpan expression. The One Show host also snapped a picture under a lamppost and gave followers a closer look at the intricate makeup.
She took inspiration on her Halloween costume from Stephen King's Pennywise clown from his 1986 horror novel It and the 2017 horror film. The look has become an iconic image over the years as the shapeshifter often appeared in the form of a clown that held balloons to announce its presence.

Alex finally broke her silence on her romance to singer Jess Glynne earlier this month by sharing a loved up snap. The English footballer took to Instagram to pay tribute to the pop star as she turned 34. It came after reports that the former Lioness has been seeing Jess for months but is keeping a low-profile on their romance.
"Alex and Jess have been a slow burn and they didn't want to rush things or go public too soon," a source told the Sun. "But they're officially an item now and seem really happy. They are both strong, independent women with a shared passion and respect of their respective careers, supporting one another from the sidelines."

Alex and Jess have appeared at the same events on a number of occasions over the past few months, including the Attitude Awards and the afterparty for David and Victoria Beckham's Netflix docuseries premiere. The two have also been seen grabbing coffee together in North London, where Jess is originally from.
Earlier this year Alex told Grazia magazine she was ready to date but was struggling to find a connection. She said: "I remember Jamie Redknapp telling me 'There's a dating app Raya...' So I was on it but I was to scared to connect with anyone. For me, it's all about connection that instant connection with someone and conversation and I'm like 'Oh wow.'" The sports pundit also said that she'd 'love' to have kids in the future and would even do it alone, having previously not felt ready to be a mother.
