Big Brother fans react to huge Halloween twist after dramatic nominations drama

Big Brother was full of surprises on Monday night as three housemates were nominated in a huge Halloween twist.

During the latest episode, Noky found out in the Diary Room that she had been "possessed", where she had to pick an accomplice and take part in an evil secret mission. Noky picked Trish and as part of the challenge, the duo had to secretly sneak into the bathroom in the early hours of the night where a secret passage was revealed.

Upon entering the secret space, the pair had to select three of their fellow housemates to receive "Cursed Nominations", meaning all three selected would immediately face the public vote. The duo decided to pick Dylan, Kerry and Olivia with the trio then entered into a flash vote at the end of the episode. One housemate, either Dylan, Kerry or Olivia, will ultimately go home in a shock exit that viewers can watch on Tuesday's episode.

Viewers were quick to react to the twist, taking to social media to share their thoughts. One person said: "This is everything I needed from this twist", a different account put: "Absolutely loving the #Halloween theme and the room designs are absolutely epic! @ITV and @bbuk you have some great designers working on the show. Also, loving the possessed twist! Let the fun and games continue until the final. #BBUK #BigBrotherUK #BigBrother" while another viewer added: "This is genuinely one of my favourite twists in #BBUK history."

Elsewhere, one person said: "Finally a proper twist #BBUK", another viewer wrote: "Finally a juicy twist!! #BBUK" while a different Big Brother fan added: "Like this twist on Halloween themed #BBUK tonight didn't expect the unexpected eviction tomorrow night." This wasn't the only surprise for viewers, as well as housemates, as for this week's Halloween shopping task, the housemates were haunted by the sight of their ex-housemates who appeared to the house as ghosts to each deliver a message to the house from beyond the grave.

During the explosive scenes, Farida, who was the first housemate to be eliminated, declared: "Housemates beware. Someone is manipulating the younger housemates who are following them like sheep" to which Dylan quipped: "We all know who she’s talking about, let’s not be silly", suggesting the message was about Kerry.

Zak, who was the second housemate eliminated, was next to appear and he said: "Housemates beware. Someone is acting all quiet but is actually whispering in people’s ears. It’s the quiet ones you need to be afraid of." Finally, it was Hallie, who was third to be evicted on Friday, she said: "Housemates beware. Somebody’s very two-faced. They talk about you behind your back but they’re nice to your face."
