A Channel 4 star looked unrecognisable after transforming into Mr. Bean for Halloween - and has sparked huge reactions online, with some saying the costume makes her look more like Jimmy Carr than Mr.Bean.

While most people have donned their spookiest outfits for the season, the well-known YouTuber and comedian Amelia Dimoldenberg has opted for something a bit different. The 29-year-old who is famous for her Chicken Shop Date series has amassed a huge following on social media and regularly entertains viewers with her deadpan humour. She appeared as a guest on shows such as Taskmaster, Soccer AM The Big Narstie Show, and competed on Channel 4's Celebrity Come Dine With Me.

Amelia has over 2 million subscribers on her YouTube channel and previously interviewed big stars such as The Jonas Brothers, Jennifer Lawrence, and Lewis Capaldi. Her hosting style has garnered a huge online following and her online antics never fail to make people laugh - and her recent being no exception.

Amelia, who hosted a web shorts series titled Celebrity Rebrand for Channel 4, swapped her blonde locks for a short brunette hair, and donned Mr Bean's iconic brown tweed suit, with a crisp white shirt and red tie. Her make-up artist, Georgia Love, used prosthetic make-up to change Amelia's forehead and nose.

Taking to her page, Amelia wrote: Ms Bean. Thank you to my wonderful team! Fans were quick to react with one person writing: "The resemblance is actually quite disturbing tbh." Another person jokingly said: "LOOOOOOOOOL unreal." A third person penned: "Obsessed with this." Commenting on TikTok, one fan quipped: "I love it but all I can see is jimmy carr." Another agreed, penning: "Thought that was Jimmy Carr."

In the summer, Amelia's fans went crazy after they believed she had been secretly dating Hollywood actor Andrew Garfield. The pair went viral back in January when they caught up with each other on the red carpet.

Speaking to singer Dua Lipa on her At Your Service podcast, she has since opened up about the rumours - and was shocked the video gained huge traction on the internet. "That one went really big, that was just woah," she said. Dua teased: "That's like two English people just going at it together," with Amelia adding: "Having a great time."

The Dance the Night hitmaker told her guest that it seemed she was "shooting your shot with a celebrity" when she chatted to Andrew. Speaking about how she approached the interview, Amelia revealed: "I took it really, really seriously because I thought it was such a big opportunity.

"But at the end of the day what I'm realising now is that you have to do all of that prep but then you have to get there and just be up for anything, relaxed and just be myself. "It's funny that you say I feel like you're in character because actually I think that in the red carpet instances I'm actually just sort of myself." She added: "It's much more who I really am in those moments."
