Big Brother star Jordan detailed his dad's tragic death in sad scenes on the ITV2 show tonight.

The reality contestant opened up about his dad's tragic death, admitting to housemates Trish and Matty that he didn't attend his funeral. The 26-year-old revealed his father was a "retired heroin addict" who died of an overdose. Jordan also shared that he has several half-siblings he doesn't know, jokingly saying his dad was "quite generous with his sperm".

Following the conversation airing, fans rushed to social media to send their support to Jordan. One wrote: "Jordan talking about his dad was such a lovely moment but also really real and raw for him," as a second added: "I'm sorry but that conversation with Jordan about his dad was just something else. He said it like such matter of fact with no emotion #BBUK."

Jordan has become a fan favourite on the show, but is currently seemingly trapped in a love triangle with fellow housemates Matty and Henry. Fans seem divided about who they'd like Jordan to end up with but there is definitely seemingly a love triangle forming between the three of them, which was only made worse when two of them ended up at the VIP party, leaving Henry in the house.

During a chat earlier in the series, Jordan opened up about coming out to his family, explaining how tough it was.

"I came out to my mother the first night of university, screaming down the phone in the smoking area because there was this guy that I fancied," he revealed, "And I thought for some reason, if I come out to my mother this guy will want to…"

When Jordan came out to his grandfather, he said the experience was "even worse" than telling his mum. He recalled: "Me and my mother, well we were both a little bit tipsy, and she thought it was pertinent to call my grandfather and announce."
