A furious Storm Keating, 41, vented online over the weekend and took aim at an unnamed glazing company after being left unimpressed with their work.

The wife of Boyzone singer Ronan Keating said she was "refraining from naming and shaming" the company that carried out the work in her £5 million zero carbon Buckinghamshire mansion for now, but branded attempts to "wriggle out" of a 10 year warranty agreement as "appalling behaviour".

Storm, who last year locked horns with a cleaning company and refused to pay a £500 bill, took to Instagram on Saturday to share a picture of her two children, Cooper, six, and Coco, three, drawing on condensation on the window and penned a savage caption alongside hitting out at the glazing company.

In her lengthy rant about the unnamed company, Storm fumed: "Yes glass shouldn’t frost up like this - it’s just that this is a single pane because the other one shattered a few weeks ago in the middle of the night while we were sleeping... The glazing company (refraining from naming and shaming just yet) is trying to wriggle out of replacing it despite promising (in writing and on their quote) a 10yr comprehensive warranty. Appalling behaviour."

Storm went on to reveal she is, "concerned that this company (there is a history of other things) do this kind of thing to innocent families all over the UK, families that are less inclined to push back/ know their rights/ or have the ability to engage a solicitor." The Australian star went on to admit she is determined to "get to the bottom of this" out of principle and is giving the unnamed company a chance to put things right.

The mum-of-two then channelled her inner Martin Lewis and shared a "vital piece of information" for consumers living in the UK and cited the Consumer Rights Act 2015, reminding shoppers that companies have a statutory duty to ensure that products are fit for purpose, free from defect and installed with reasonable care and skill.

"This is a requirement whether you hold a specified warranty or not," Storm wrote before concluding her post with: "They know this (at least they should) and as a basic moral ethos for their business, should not be hoping you don’t know your rights, or know their statutory duty to you, their customer."

This isn't the first time Storm has stood up for herself on social media when unsatisfied with a company's services, with the 41-year-old famously feuding with a cleaning company in February 2022 – claiming she did a better job of tidying up her mansion after professional cleaners didn't meet her standards.

The messy cleaning drama began when cleaner Jasmina Dimitrieva claimed multi-millionaires Storm and The One Show host Ronan left her having to pay staff out of her own pocket, after being hired to clean the couple's rented Hertfordshire family home. Breaking her silence about the matter a few days later, Storm claimed she spent five hours cleaning the property herself, after Jasmina and her team didn't do a good enough job, in her opinion.

Sharing a series of dirty snaps claimed to have been taken after the cleaner's visit – including a stained toilet bowl and another toilet left unflushed and stuffed with paper – Storm took to Instagram to give her version of the story. Replying to one of her followers commenting on her expose, Storm also claimed she did a better job than the professionals when it came to cleaning.

Commenting under the collection of evidential images, the fan quipped to Storm: "Well all can say is a would not be giving her a reference. [laughing-face emoji] U would a prob done a better job yourself." Storm clearly agreed, replying: "I did! Lol."
