Big Brother stars issued police caution after heated row erupted on set

The police were called during a live Big Brother broadcast following an extremely heated confrontation.

Big Brother is known for its explosive rows between housemates with many recently resurfacing online as the iconic reality show makes a return to screens. However, former housemates who appeared on the now de-commissioned Big Brother's Bit on the Side were also known to clash.

In 2015 when the show aired on Channel 5, former Celebrity contestant Farrah Abraham, known for appearing on Team Mom clashed with many of her housemates and celebrity panellists on the show. One is said to have turned so violent that bosses were left with no option but to call the police for assistance.

Former housemate Nicola McLean has opened up about her clash with Abraham who allegedly didn't like what she was hearing about herself. Former model Nicola appeared on the show in 2012. However, her outspoken ways saw her become a regular on Bit on the Side which saw her and Farrah clash on September 18, 2015.

The star branded Abraham "vile", before claiming she was "just being a d***head, we just had a massive row." But things became even worse for Farrah. Just one week later, on September 22, she went head-to-head against Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace. Speaking to the Daily Star, McLean said: "Aisleyne threw a drink over her and it was the first ever time BOTS had to be taken off the air. She was vile and the police got called and everything."

Host Rylan Clark announced: "Hi guys, unfortunately, we did have to pop that up there due to a matter that happened, er, unfortunately, we have lost our panel for the evening, but we are going to carry on."

But supermodel and former housemate Janice Dickinson also became involved in the altercation. Both Abraham and Janice were slapped with caution from Hertfordshire Police for common assault. In a statement, they said: "As a result of investigations, two women, aged 24 and 60, have received a police caution for common assault.

"Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary interviewed four people on September 25 in connection to allegations of assault at Elstree Studios on the evening of September 22." They added at the time that they were also dealing with another allegation of assault. Farrah later admitted to hurling a glass at the wall and claimed Aislyene assaulted her.

The Mirror approached Aisleyne for comment.
