Love Island's Ella Thomas' new edit praised by PLT fans as 'best they’ve seen'
Former Love Island star Ella Thomas has launched her first collection with PrettyLittleThing, who announced back in August that she had joined the company as a brand ambassador, and fans have been blown away by "her style".
The edit, which consists of 15 gorgeous looks that range from figure-hugging dresses to co-ords, biker jackets and vintage denim, was released on Wednesday, October 18 at 10am and has already caught the eye of keen PLT shoppers with hundreds rushing to the site to bag her designs.
Speaking about this new venture, the Glaswegian model who found love in the villa with footballer Tyrique Hyde and in her new campaign is sporting a gorgeous autumnal red hair style, said: "The day has finally come to launch my own PLT Edit – what a pinch me moment. I've been obsessed with fashion since a young girl – I was then scouted to be a full-time model so I was able to incorporate my love of fashion into a career.

And shoppers have fallen in love - one in the US even woke up at the crack of dawn so as not to miss out of the Love Island "icon"'s fits. They wrote on the brand's Instagram post: "You know Ella is the it girl when I’m on PLT at 6:30 A.M in the U.S shopping. You guys did an amazing job picking @ellathomas_."
Another added: "This is the best edit I’ve seen!!! All her style!"
A third stated: "she REALLY was the outfit ICON of her szn."
Ella isn't the only Love Island alum to be swept up by PrettyLittleThing. Indiyah Polack, Molly Mae Hague and Gemma Owen are all ambassadors for the brand and have brought out their own collections since leaving the Villa - in September, shoppers "couldn't wait" for Molly Mae's autumnal collection, shot in New York, to drop.
PLT isn't the only clothing company to have won the heart and fashion mind of a Love Islander, either. Tasha Ghouri, who found fame after finding love with Andrew Le Page on the eighth season of the show, became eBay's first preloved ambassador and launched edits with the likes of Ann Summers. Love Island 2023 winner Jess Harding was last month revealed as In The Style's latest face, too.
