New films and shows coming to Amazon Prime, including James Bond game show
Amazon’s Prime Video is gearing up to launch a host of new films and shows in November. The popular streaming service boasts a library of awesome original content and beloved classics to keep you glued to the sofa this Autumn.
There’s some blockbuster new shows heading to Prime Video in November, as it refreshes its offering. The unmissable titles are led by the next chapter of a hit animated superhero series and an official James Bond game show fronted by Succession’s Brian Cox.
So if that tickles your fancy, all this – as well as the entire James Bond collection – is included with a subscription to Amazon Prime. What’s more, it can even be streamed for free thanks to Prime’s 30-day free trial.
Here, we take a look at Prime Video’s upcoming film and TV slate for November 2023.
Butcher’s Crossing
This frontier epic based on the novel by John Edward Williams follows young Harvard drop-out Will Andrews (Fred Hechinger) into the Colorado wilderness, as he joins a team of buffalo hunters led by Miller (Nicolas Cage) in search of a mythic herd of buffalo. Little does Will know, the journey will put his life and sanity at risk.

Invincible – Season two
Based on the groundbreaking comic book by Robert Kirkman, Cory Walker, and Ryan Ottley, Invincible centres around 18-year-old Mark Grayson, who’s just like every other guy his age, except his father is – or was – the most powerful superhero on the planet. Still reeling from a betrayal in season one, Mark struggles to rebuild his life as he faces a host of new threats, all while battling his greatest fear – that he might become his father without even knowing it.
The first series of the adult animated superhero series earned a near-perfect, Certified Fresh 98 percent score on Rotten Tomatoes. It boasts an ensemble voice cast including Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, Zazie Beetz, Walton Goggins, Gillian Jacobs, Zachary Quinto, Seth Rogen and J.K. Simmons.
The first half of Invincible’s eight-episode second season will premiere on Friday November 3, with new episodes airing weekly.
007: Road to a Million
From long-time James Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson comes this new adventure game show with Succession star Brian Cox. Exclusive to Prime Video, 007: Road to a Million follows nine pairs of everyday people as they are unleashed on an epic global adventure through a series of Bond-inspired challenges, all for a shot at each winning a life-changing £1m prize.
Cox’s The Controller is the on-screen mastermind behind the game, dictating where the pairs go, what they must do, and setting their questions. In total, The Controller has hidden 10 questions around the world for each pair, who each have a chance of winning the jackpot.
But to reach these questions, the pairs face gut-wrenching Bond-inspired challenges which will push their physical strength and mental reserves to the limit. Each question is worth an increasing amount of money, if answered correctly, they bank the cash and continue to the next question – but get it wrong and the journey is over.

Muzzle
In this action-thriller, LAPD K9 officer Jake Rosser (Aaron Eckhart) and his four-legged partner Ace battle it out on the streets of Los Angeles when they get into a shootout with local drug dealers and Ace is shot dead. In a moment of crisis, a panicked Jake asks a medic to help Ace and assaults him when he refuses, resulting in him taking leave from the force.

Twin Love
This new reality dating show is a social experiment that explores the love lives of identical twins. 10 sets of twins will be split up and placed into two houses, creating identical casts, where they’ll begin a unique and compelling search for love.
With double the fun and drama, the series will discover if their inherent similarities extend to their romantic desires. When separated from their twin brothers and sisters – some for the first time ever – will they pursue identical partners, or will their choices be dramatically different?
Twin Love drops on Friday, November 17.
Mafia Mamma
While seeing to her long estranged – and now deceased – grandfather’s affairs in Italy, mild mannered suburban mum Kristin (Toni Collette), unexpectedly inherits his mafia empire and finds herself stuck in the middle of a deadly mob war. Guided by the firm’s trusted consigliere (Monica Bellucci), she hilariously defies everyone’s expectations, including her own, as the new head of the family business.
Mafia Mamma drops on Friday, November 17.
The Kill Room
This darkly comedic thriller follows art dealer Patrice (Uma Thurman) as she teams with a hitman, Reggie (Joe Manganiello), and his boss, Gordon (Samuel L. Jackson) for a money laundering scheme. When Reggie accidentally becomes an overnight avant-garde sensation, Patrice is forced to play the art world against the underworld.
The Kill Room drops on Friday, November 24.
