Many players have received the incorrect EA FC 24 Pre-Season Rewards in Ultimate Team, with players also reporting missing packs.

In the final few weeks of FIFA 23, EA Sports ran a Pre-Season Rewards promo in Ultimate Team to help players prepare for the release of EA FC 24. By completing Objectives, players could earn free packs to use in EA FC 24, and yesterday, the EA FC 24 Pre-Season Rewards finally became available.

During the three weeks of Pre-Season Objectives in FIFA 23, some of the rewards on offer included an 82+ x10 player pack, an 84+ x3 players pack, an 83+ x5 player pack and much more. However, it appears that EA failed to deliver the correct EA FC 24 Pre-Season Rewards, with many players missing most packs, and to top it off, EA also sent out the incorrect rewards, with some players who didn't even complete the objective receiving them.

EA FC 24 Pre-Season Rewards – compensation already?

Plenty of players have taken to social media after the rewards went live in Ultimate Team yesterday at 6pm BST / 1pm EDT / 10am PDT, with lots of rewards missing, despite players having completed all the required objectives. The main issue from EA's point of view was that the Join The Club III Pre-Season Reward was giving players an 85+ x5 players pack rather than an 83+ x5 players pack, resulting in the publisher removing the reward from Ultimate Team.

EA released a statement on its @EASFCDirect Twitter account, stating: "The Join The Club III Pre-Season Reward was incorrectly giving players an 85x5 Player Pack. The reward has been temporarily disabled while we address the issue and will return in the coming days.

"Additionally, some players who previously completed Join The Club I received an incorrect Join The Club Pack and will be sent the corrected content in-game in the coming days."

It appears that EA could be set to send out compensation to impacted players, so good if you're getting a free pack, but it's not a good look for EA. In total, 14 different EA FC 24 Pre-Season Rewards were meant to be sent out by EA, but lots of the Join the Club 1 and New Era 2 Objectives are yet to be received.

There was a copious amount of compensation sent out towards the end of FIFA 23 due to mistakes made by EA, and with mistakes this big already being made, it looks like we could be seeing a similar amount of errors in EA FC 24.
