Tyson Fury's pose in photo forces wife Paris to deny pregnancy rumours

Tyson Fury's wife Paris has moved to deny rumours the pair have a seventh child on the way.

Heavyweight champion Fury has six children with Paris; Venezuela, 12, Prince John James, nine, Prince Tyson II, four, Valencia, three, and baby Athena who had a health battle upon her premature birth in August 2021. The pair have been together since they were teenagers and have spoken about building their dream family of up to 10 children.

In a recent post on Fury's wife Paris' Instagram account, the pair are pictured together in front of the Christmas tree while Fury is holding his wife with a hand placed on her stomach. Before any rumours of pregnancy gathered pace, she included in the caption: "Had a great Christmas and some lovely family filled days. PS, Tyson's hand is just there don’t start rumours."

Fans had already began speculating after looking at the picture but were enlightened by her update, with one writing: "As soon as I saw Tyson's hand I thought 'is that a sign?‘ then I read your caption." Another added: "Gorgeous photo. Love the fact you got on top of that before the baby rumours occur. #straighttothepoint."

One fan ignored her update and wrote: "Tyson doesn’t have to start any rumours cause 'you' just did girl! Haha! Woohoo another Fury!" And one implored the pair to have a seventh child, adding: "Oh go on then what's one more?"

Paris was pictured ringside supporting her husband at his latest win in the ring over British rival Derek Chisora last month, before the pair returned to their Morecambe residence for a family Christmas. Paris documented her festive events with her family on social media, which included a video of their children opening presents and enjoying the celebrations.

Fury's eldest children Venezuela and Prince were allowed to attend their father's fight for the first time in December, where Fury had also revealed the pair were considering having a seventh child. However this could be affected by his own plans to continue fighting until he is 65-years-old.

He said in a conversation with his rival Chisora: "My wife said to me today, she said it'll be more noisy when we get another one this year - I said what are you doing! Listen, I'll take what the good lord will give me. I will, keep it going. I'll have to keep fighting until I'm 65!"

Fury could have a big 2023 inside the ring, when he is expected to fight to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999 by challenging Oleksandr Usyk. Negotiations are at an advanced stage according to both fighters' teams and it is expected the pair will do battle in March, with just the venue now needing to be confirmed for the huge showdown.
