Missing boy, 4, wearing Manchester United tracksuit bottoms found after search

A missing four-year-old boy has been found after an urgent police search.

The youngster went missing in Blackpool, Lancashire, and was last seen today wearing Manchester United Adidas tracksuit bottoms and a red navy striped Adidas puffer coat."

An appeal had been widely shared off Lancashire Police's Facebook page, and other social media as strangers desperately tried to help the worried family. One woman posted: "Oh gosh. Hope the little one is found safe and sound."

Another said: "Will share as I have friends and family in Dundee - hope the little lad is found safe and well!" A further Facebook user posted: "Oh he is only a baby. Hope he is found soon."
