Chantelle Houghton has posted a video explaining her four stone weight loss after concern from fans.
The Big Brother legend took to Instagram to send a message to her 73,000 followers after some got in touch to say they thought she looked too thin when she appeared on This Morning on Wednesday.
Reassuring fans she was alright, the 40-year-old reality TV star said: “Lots of people have been asking me if I am OK, which is really sweet, saying I look slim.” Revealing the secret to her recent weight loss, Chantelle said there was one thing she had completely cut out her diet.
She continued: “I am completely sugar free and in a really, really good place, so yeah, thanks for caring, thanks for asking. I am really good, I am really healthy and I am absolutely loving life and am just so, so grateful for everything I have in my life.”
Mum-of-one Chantelle, who shares nine-year-old daughter Dolly with cage fighter ex Alex Reid, was on This Morning ahead of the new series of Big Brother starting on ITV this Sunday.

Asked what advice Chantelle - who won Celebrity Big Brother in 2006 despite being the only non-celeb in there - had for the new housemates, she said: “I’d say just be yourself, just be yourself.”
Essex girl Chantelle was just 22 when she was sent into the Big Brother house with a mission to fool her fellow housemates into thinking she was famous and in a girl group called Kandy Floss.
Her antics won over the public and her Ordinary Boy co-star Preston and the nation watched as the pair fell in love on screen. The couple were married a few months later, but their union only lasted 10 months.

She even has the Elizabeth Emanuel wedding dress she wore on their big day, from the same the designer behind Princess Diana's incredible gown for her 1981 marriage to Prince Charles.
Speaking about her ‘forever’ love for ex Preston, Chantelle shared: “We’re still really good friends, we’re still in contact. I’ve recently moved house. I’ve still got my wedding dress! We do still keep in contact. I’ve still got so much love for him.”
