Holly Willoughby looks super loved-up as she shares rare snap of husband Dan
Holly Willoughby has shared a touching tribute to her beloved husband, Daniel Baldwin, in celebration of his 48th birthday.
The This Morning presenter took to Instagram on Tuesday to give the TV producer a special shout-out, much to the delight of her 8.4 million followers.
In the sweet post, Holly and Daniel are pictured enjoying their most recent summer vacation in Italy at the Lucca Summer Festival in Tuscany. The annual event, which platforms musical acts from across the country, is considered to be one of the most highly-anticipated attractions of the Mediterranean entertainment calendar.
"Happy birthday to my Love," she captioned the photo, which has already gained over 33,000 likes and a flurry of sweet comments from the 42-year-old's devout fanbase. In the adorable photo, Holly is sporting a straw hat while leaning in to give Danny a gentle kiss on the neck. She's also keeping cool in a patterned black summer dress, a camel knit cardigan tied around her waist and a rustic brown satchel bag.
Danny looks equally suave in a button-down grey t-shirt and black sunglasses, as he holds a half-full cup of beer to stay refreshed in the scorching Italian heat. Dr Zoe Williams, Irish singer Imelda May and Holly's stylist Danni Whiteman also took to the comment section to send birthday messages to the media company director.
Phillip Schofield mocks Molly-Mae's baby name in cruel swipe at Love Island starHolly normally uses her Instagram for work updates, most of which include backstage snippets from This Morning and pictures of her glamorous outfits to present the ITV breakfast show. She has, however, shared a handful of photos of her loved ones in the past. In June, the Celebrity Juice host posted a snap of her and Danny at Glastonbury, and just a few weeks before that, Holly paid tribute to her dad on Father's Day.
Holly and Daniel recently celebrated their 16th anniversary, having tied the knot in a West Sussex church in 2007 after three years of dating. Speaking about how she "keeps the spark alive", the mum-of-three explained that she always aims to "carve out real time" for her husband, whether that's talking over dinner or "date nights."
"August happens to be the month I got married, so it's always a nostalgic time for Dan and I," Holly wrote in her her Wylde Moon newsletter. "It will be 16 years this year, which feels crazy in so many ways. I often think about us and the glue that binds us together. Every relationship is so unique and different; what works for one couple may not for another.
"Mine would have to be remembering to carve out real time for each other within the madness of everyday life; everything from making time to talk over dinner at home to date nights. Whatever you do to keep the spark alive, keep it up!"
