Retailer takes £192 off Google Pixel 7 ahead of Pixel 8 launch date
There's never been a better time to treat yourself to a Pixel 7 or Pixel 7 Pro. Prices have plummeted by as much as £192, thanks to some generous offers from Sky Mobile and Currys.

This retailer will give you £192 back

Mobiles.co.uk will give shoppers £192 back if they buy the Google Pixel 7 handset through Vodafone via its link. So, how does it work? The retailer has two shopping options for customers, either the Pixel 7 with 100GB of Vodafone data for a total contract price of £624 (over 24 months) or a SIM-free price which comes to a total of £449.
Those who opt for the combined data and handset contract (at £26 a month for 24 months) can actually slash £192 off the total contract price thanks to Mobiles.co.uk cashback offer, despite using the Vodafone network. This brings the total price (after two years) to £433, £16 cheaper than those who buy the handset only, and £192 cheaper than those who go straight to Vodafone.
The cashback offer is via redemption only which means it is split into equal instalments across the 24 months, so Pixel 7 customers can claim £8 back each month, and will only pay £18 a month instead of the listed £26 a month. All in all, this comes to a huge saving of £192.

eBay takes £122 off the Pixel 7 price

Moving onto eBay which has a competitive offer for those buying the handset outright, and this time it's an automatic discount so shoppers won't have to claim anything back. eBay has dropped the price of the Pixel 7 model by £122 slashing the price from an original £599 to £467.
And there's no catch. The price is for a brand-new phone and is not refurbished or second-hand like many of the other discounts that can be found on the site. The price is specifically for a 128GB model in the Snow colourway, those who opted for the Obsidian or Lemongrass coloured handsets would pay a bit more, at £477 each.
Again, eBay's discounts don't stop there, if by chance you're looking to buy more than one Pixel 7 handset then eBay has a slight multibuy offer. Instead of the already massively reduced £467 price, shoppers who buy two will pay £457.66 for each handset.
Currys have dropped the Pixel 7 price by £50

Now let's take a look at Currys, another retailer which has dropped the price of the soon-to-be outdated Pixel 7 model, although its discounts are a lot more tame compared to the likes of Mobiles.co.uk and eBay.

Those who shop at the retailer will find £50 off the standard Pixel 7 handset as it is currently listed for £549, as opposed to its £599 launch price. This is the price on the 128GB model, but it's not the only one on offer.
The bigger 256GB Pixel 7 is also reduced by £50, slashing the price to £649. The retailer also has stock for the bigger Pixel 7 Pro handset although those shopping around for the best price of this model may be disappointed to see Currys £849 price is not on offer.
Is the Google Pixel 7 worth buying?
The Google Pixel 7 next to the older Pixel 6 and bigger Pixel 7 Pro (James Ide)It's a question we're sure many shoppers may be asking, especially as the handset is set to be overshadowed by a new release any day from now, but as with any popular brand of phone buying an older model at the time of new release is often best way to save money.
Not only to mention, the handset is only just a year old, so still pretty shiny and new if you ask us. The Pixel 7 is up there as a top smartphone, even against the big hitters like Samsung and Apple.
