Louise Redknapp warned against new beau after 'sour' end to his last romance
Louise Redknapp has been warned against her new boyfriend after the 'painful' end of his last relationship, according to reports.
The Eternal star, 48, sent fans into a frenzy last week when she was snapped with new beau, Drew Micheal, six years after divorcing former footballer, Jamie Redknapp. The singer looked happy as she strolled through London's Soho with the military CEO and sources claim Louise is "really excited" about her new relationship.
However, they also say they're 'concerned' for the mum-of-two in the wake of Drew's former reported relationship. A source said: "Drew didn't behave in the best way in a former relationship – he left one girl in particular feeling hurt.
"It's good news that he's happy dating Louise, but there is a worry she could end up heartbroken," reports Closer magazine.
Speaking exclusively with the Mirror a few hours after being spotted with Drew for the first time publicly, Louise smiled as she addressed the developments in her love life. "It’s so difficult with your personal life... it’s all good," she said, adding: "Yeah, I’ve got nothing else to say on it, everything about it has already been written."

Drew is a former public schoolboy, and the businessman, whose full name is Andrew Michael, is the Chief Executive Officer at Overwatch Group, also known as Overwatch Aerospace Ltd.
Louise previously vowed not to move on with another partner for the sake of her sons Charley, 19, and Beau, 14. Following her shock split with Jamie, which was said to have left the Sky Sports pundit 'blindsided', she said: "I've felt this as a mum and, to say this in the most sort of respectful way, my boys' lives changed dramatically and then it changed again when obviously Jamie got married and had a family." Explaining why she hadn't dated since he divorce, she continued: "Their life changed and I felt like I needed to be their one staple. That's just something I think a lot of mums would feel."
However, while telling HELLO! she wasn't "trawling through dating" sites in 2021, Louise conceded she wasn't "averse" to meeting somebody, saying her boys will be "absolutely fine if I'm dating or if I'm going out with anyone, they will be my biggest supporters as long as I'm happy. Like they're like, 'Yeah mum, you should.'''
