Eminem's ex-wife moving home again after 'receiving £500k from rapper's company'
Eminem's ex-wife Kim Mathers is moving for the second time this year after having reportedly down-sized from her luxurious custom-built mansion.
Kim ditched the sprawling six-bed seven-bath property, which Eminem is said to have built for the children, and gifted to KIm.
The U.S Sun reported that Kim is moving into a new property costing £410,000 after revealing she needs a home over one level after injuring herself in a car crash in 2015.
Kim also joked in the chat with the outlet that she's "getting older" and her kids have chosen her current four-bedroom pad in Macomb, ahead of her moving in with her teenage son Parker.

Kim reportedly previously took out a $615,000 (£500,000) loan from ex-husband Eminem's company, Shady Games Inc to purchase her current home.

But less than six months after moving into the property, Kim is on the move again to the much smaller one-storey property. The pad has three bathrooms and five bedrooms, so plenty of room for when her three eldest children, who have all moved out, come and stay.
It also has a lot more privacy features than her old home, with high side gates and a secluded back garden. It is described as having an "outdoor oasis", The U.S Sun reported.
The home boasts a heated swimming pool and hot tub, a basketball system and a volleyball net. Kim revealed the idyllic outdoor area was a huge selling point for her, undoubtedly a welcome escape for her after she went through a hard time next year.
After losing her mother Kathy Sluck last year, a heartbroken Kim attempted to take her own life. She later had a 45-day stint in rehab for addiction.
Following her stint at the centre in Detroit, Michigan, Kim is in a much better place and is now clean. She told The U.S Sun: "It's been hard, I lost my mom, my dad, and my sister [over the past 10 years].
"[But] I'm good. I've been clean since about October, I went to Jefferson House ... for 45 days."
Kim said her children have been "very supportive" during her recovery journey, as well as ex Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers. 48-year-old Kim met 50-year-old Eminem in high school, with the pair dating for years, ahead of tying the knot in 1999.
But their marriage wasn't set to last, with the couple divorcing in 2001 and Kim subsequently suing Eminem for defamation over lyrics about her. They allegedly settled outside of court ahead of re-marrying in 2006, but things weren't to last between the pair and they ultimately broke up for good a year later. Today, the pair are thought to be on good terms.
