Big Brother star shares career move details linked to new MTV naked dating show
Former Big Brother contestant and star of MTV reality show The Valleys, Lateysha Grace, has revealed she has an unexpected new job behind the scenes of TV shows.
The 30-year-old reality star and attempted singer entered the public sphere in 2012 when she joined the cast of chaotic reality show The Valleys - which was like a Welsh version of MTV’s Geordie Shore. She then went on to feature in the 2016 civilian version of Big Brother - where she was a contestant alongside controversial social media star Andrew Tate and ultimate winner Jason Burrill.
With several years experience of working in the reality show bubble, Lateysha has since found a job behind the cameras. The mum-of-two told fans recently that she has secured a job with MTV working in the casting department of their shows.
Explaining more to fans and followers on Instagram, the star - who marketed herself as Wales’ answer to Beyonce - explained: “Working on a new exciting @mtv show! Feels so surreal to be working behind the camera it's always been a dream of mine to be a tv producer one day!”

The reality star shared her career update online (Instagram)She added: “So excited for this journey! Make you follow my tv account for exciting tv opportunities coming up @lateyshatv.” Her news update was a hit with fans who swarmed to congratulate her, with one replying: “Aww well done lateysha.”

Fans following links to Lateysha’s dedicated TV social media platform might be surprised to learn she is helping MTV find future stars - that are willing to bare all on screen. The controversial network are casting for a “naked dating show” and have put out an appeal for applicants.
A call for entrants declares: “Calling all body-confident singles who are ready to bare all, look for love, and potentially win a cash prize in a brand-new naked dating show on MTV UK. If dating naked in a tropical paradise for this unique TV dating experience sounds like fun, we want to hear from you!”
Some fans have hinted they won’t tune in to the show, however, and fear it could be a flop following the cancellation of Channel 4’s risqué series Naked Attraction. One fan responded to one of Lateysha’s posts to write: “Another 'Naked Attraction'? Who would even wanty watch it?” And another commented: “How on earth does this work.”
Lateysha has plenty of experience in the reality world beyond her time on The Valleys and Big Brother. She helmed an MTV reality show called Million Dollar Baby in 2018 in which she tried to create a £1 million career and business in honour of her daughter, Wynter. This included launching a children's clothing business, named Baby on Trend.
The Welsh babe has also featured on Celebrity Ex on the Beach and Just Tattoo of Us. Her ambitions for stardom were made clear in 2018 when a source told The Sun: “Lateysha dreams of being a huge reality star and knows MTV can make it happen for her."
