Brian Austin Green engaged to DWTS pro Sharna Burgess after Megan Fox divorce

Brian Austin Green shared the exciting news that he is now engaged to Dancing With the Stars pro Sharna Burgess years after his divorce from his ex-wife Megan Fox.

The former Beverly Hills 90210 star reportedly popped the question to his longtime girlfriend and mother to his child over two months ago with both stars keeping the news under wraps. The 38-year-old Australian ballroom dancer officially broke the news to fans on Friday during an interview during the engaged pair's appearance on the iHeart radio podcast, Oldish. On air of the show the dancer confessed: "We've been engaged for two months," she added: "Brian proposed to me."

Their engagement came over a year after Sharna gave birth to the couple's son, Zane Walker. Zane is Brian's fifth child. He also shares his 21-year-old son Kassius Lijah with ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil and his three children 10-year-old Noah Shannon, nine-year-old Bodhi Ransom, and seven-year-old Journey River with ex-wife Megan Fox whom he co-parents with.

Brian was previously in a 10-year-long marriage with Megan, with the pair finalising their divorce in October 2021. The pair first started dating in 2004 and married in Hawaii in 2010 but Megan then filed for divorce in November 2020, six months after the couple had separated. This was the second time the couple split as Megan filed for divorce from Brian earlier in 2015, but they got back together and the model was pregnant with their son Journey the next year. The pair ultimately cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.

According to People, Brian and Sharna first got together after being set up on a coffee date by their shared business manager. He told the news outlet: "We met at a coffee shop, then had a few dates and then we were locked in a house together." He continued: "On our first date, we just completely lost track of time and the same thing happened the next time. It became something noticeably different from anything I'd ever experienced before."

The pair went on to star as partners in the hit dance competition Dancing with The Stars together. The couple went on until the fourth week and gave incredible performances honouring Disney characters, celebrating the famous movies Snow White and the Seven Dwarves and Pirates of the Caribbean.
