Inside Taylor Swift and Sophie Turner’s 'naughty' night of drinks and caviar
Taylor Swift was spotted with recent divorcee Sophie Turner as they spent a luxurious girls' night out in downtown New York City.
The stars, who are both exes of Joe Jonas, were seen at Via Carota before heading off to Temple Bar to finish their evening. Reportedly, the two had plenty to drinks and had a taste at the newest trending food item: caviar bumps. The Temple Bar sells these treats for $20 each and the New York Times describes them as “a decadent and naughty way to consume the pricey delicacy at certain restaurants, fashionable bars, art festivals and other showy gatherings.”
An insider who saw them told Page Six that the pair "didn't stay long". During the time they were there, the source says they enjoyed “many martinis with caviar bumps, which they seemed to love".
While the source explained that "they were having a fun time", the restaurant manager simply couldn't say the same. Reportedly, the Internet went out at the bar almost as soon as they arrived. "The manager was losing his mind," said an insider.
Taylor and Sophie, longtime friends, arrived to the bar in style. Pop princess Taylor was spotted wearing a red long-sleeve knit dress layered under a long denim coat. She added a pair of scaly black boots and an assortment of shiny necklaces. She kept her hair pulled back, putting her cute fringe front and centre. She kept her makeup neutral and muted while carrying a green purse with her.
Harry Styles and Taylor Swift's awkward Grammys reunion - 10 years after splitSophie, on the other hand, showed up more glam. She wore a sparkly halter top that showed off her midriff. She also threw on a pair of baggy trousers with a jumper tied casually around her waist. The actress paired the look with a pair of blue trainers, a small black purse, and a chunky golden locked chain. Sophie also had her hair pulled out of her face with a casual makeup look albeit a darker eyelid colour for a splash of nighttime charm.
