Cindy Crawford's controversial Oprah interview 'quietly removed from YouTube'
A controversial interview that featured Cindy Crawford has now reportedly been removed from the Oprah Winfrey Network's YouTube channel following criticism this week.
The model, now 57, is understood to have appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Show back in 1986, as her modelling career was beginning. Cindy is said to have spoken out about the interview in the AppleTV+ docuseries the Super Models.
She suggested that talk show host Oprah Winfrey, now 69, had treated her "like the chattel". Cindy recalled being asked to show off her body to the audience at the time and said that she now feels that the interview was "so not okay".

The video has reportedly been available through the page on the platform for three years.
The outlet shared a link to a video that's private in its initial article and a subsequent follow-up. Although it's implied that it's a link to a clip from the interview, it remains unclear. The link does however take viewers to a video that the platform states is "unavailable" and has been made "private".

A clip from the interview, shared elsewhere, shows her alongside Elite Modelling Agency representative John Casablancas.
Oprah is heard asking: "Did she always have this body? This is unbelievable." The talk show host then instructed Cindy to "stand up just a moment," suggesting that viewers hadn't seen the model enter the studio before the interview.
Cindy - who has modelled for outlets like Vogue over the course of her career in the industry - stood up and smiled for the audience after the prompt. The show' host Oprah was heard saying about the guest: "Now this is what I call a body."

She reportedly continued: "When you look at it through today's eyes, Oprah's like, 'Stand up and show me your body. Show us why you’re worthy of being here'." The model is said to have added that she "didn't recognise it" at the time.
Cindy is said to have further shared her thoughts in the new docuseries, reportedly saying: "In the moment I didn't recognise it and watching it back I was like, 'Oh my gosh, that was so not okay really.' Especially from Oprah!"
