EastEnders 'Six' star drops huge hint on Christmas killer identity and victim

EastEnders stars and members of 'The Six' Suki Panesar and Linda Carter have shared an insight into the Christmas murder mystery that has gripped fans.

The BBC soap shocked viewers when a flash forward scene showed Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner), Suki (Balvinder Sopal), Linda (Kellie Bright), Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), Denise Fox (Diane Parish) and Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) standing over a mystery male dead boy.

In stunning scenes, the six actresses attended the National Television Awards together and walked the red carpet wearing the exact same colours they are wearing in the promo shots for the Christmas storyline.

Speaking to the Mirror, 'The Six' were asked what they thought of the clever murder mystery and why they were please to be apart of the thrilling plot.

Linda star Kellie Bright replied: "Because I really like all of these women so it’s nice working with them," while Balvinder, who plays Suki, teased: "And I like that it’s all about women, which you don’t often get to see so that’s a powerful statement."

Could the Suki actress be hinting that all six of the beloved characters are responsible for the dead body on the floor of the Queen Vic on Christmas Day?

EastEnders pulled off a number of stunts at the NTAs in a bid to drop clues over the identity of both the Christmas Day killer and murder victim. In the teaser clip, a male character, who is dead, can be seen wearing a suit with a pair of statement cufflinks.

The cufflinks have appeared on-screen several times over recent months and at the NTAs, EastEnders shared a snap of the accessory, with many male stars trying them on. Ian Beale star Adam Woodyatt, Phil Mitchell's Steve McFadden and Alfie Moon's Shane Richie were all seen wearing them while Martin Fowler star James Bye, Jack Branning's Scott Maslen and Keanu Taylor star Danny Walters were also all snapped wearing the cufflinks.

The identity of the mystery victim has been kept under wraps but Nish Panesar, Dean Wicks, Ryan Malloy, George Knight and Ravi Gulati have also been put in the frame.
