Corrie fans 'rumble' worrying twist as Aadi and Courtney affair finally exposed
Coronation Street was full of explosive scenes on Wednesday night as Aadi Alahan and Courtney Vance's affair was finally exposed after weeks of sneaking around the cobbles.
Aadi met Courtney a few weeks back when his dad Dev decided he wanted to go into business with Courtney's husband Darren. Whilst Aadi has been keen to learn about the business, he spent the first few days driving Courtney around. However, when Courtney invited him to the office, it was obvious that she fancied him and soon the pair were getting intimate at all chances they could get.
During Wednesday's episode, Dev and Darren threw a celebratory meal after securing the Freshco deal. At the meal, Darren suggested that Aadi invite Amy Barlow with the table thinking the duo were a couple. However, Aadi was quick to shut down any romance rumours and declared he was actually dating someone called Monica.
Everyone was intrigued by his new romance, whilst separately Darren admitted to Dev that things are not good with Courtney as he thinks she is having an affair. Later, Aadi described his new girlfriend as a beautiful, funny and intelligent person. However, it wasn't long until Darren and Courtney started bickering to which the latter stormed out.

However, it wasn't long until Dev was left stunned when he found them sharing a passionate kiss. A shaken Dev then headed back to the table, where he tried to pretend everything was fine.

However, in true soap style, the truth was finally exposed when Courtney admitted to having an affair, dropping clues over her mystery man, saying: "Yes, yes I'm having an affair... so what? Makes us even!" She added: "He's kind, thoughtful, charming, everything you're not! Oh and by the way... he's got really great hair. I know you're not the brightest, so let me give you a little clue... he's hiding in plain sight..."
Darren then wrongly accused Dev of having an affair with Courtney to which Aadi stood up, declaring it was in fact him. Darren was left furious as he warned: "You're going to spend the rest of your working life stacking shelves for your old man." Later, Courtney showed up at the Alahan home after being kicked out by Darren but Dev refused to have any sympathy for her.
However, soap watchers aren't convinced this is the end of Courtney and Darren as they think they could be working together to con the Alahan family with the affair part of their plan. Taking to social media, one person said: "Hope Courtney takes Darren to the cleaners, gets a huge settlement and buys Aadi his own string of shops so he can go into competition with his dad Unless: This has all been a set-up and part of a bigger scam #Corrie."
A different account put: "Still can now see Courtney and Darren doing runner with money #Corrie", another follower wrote: "I still think Courtney & Darren are con artists. wouldn't be surprised if they're not even married. #Corrie" while a different fan added: "The deal is most likely a scam anyway #Corrie."
