Bebe Rexha exposes bare bum in jaw-dropping cut-out dress at MTV VMAs

Bebe Rexha isn't afraid of being a bit cheeky in her VMA outfit.

The I'm A Mess singer arrived to the MTV Video Music Awards in a black skintight leather-like dress. She paired it with black heels, matching silver bracelets on each wrist, and long chandelier silver earrings. She had her blond hair down and parted in the middle. But the back of the dress was the real showstopper.

She turned around for the cameras, showing off the back of her dress. There were two small circular holes showing off her bum cheeks through the dress. Though she isn't showing a lot, it was a definite surprise to viewers.

Bebe almost didn't show up tonight, posting a TikTok last night that she was feeling anxious about attending. "I don't know if I'm going to go tomorrow," she said, "I do have an outfit. It is cute. And I do want to wear my dress, and I do really want to go to celebrate my nomination and my friends' nominations, but I do feel like anxiety gets the best of me."

She went on to share that she's "very grateful and blessed to be able to be invited to these award shows." But that doesn't mean she's immune to social media bullies. "I am so anxious and stressed about going on the red carpet and I guess people talking about my weight, 'cause I’m not really loving myself right now," she added. "I am not really feeling like the bad [girl] that I usually am."

The singer songwriter shared her struggles with anxiety because "everybody has these days and nobody ever feels perfect". She revealed she has body issues like millions of women in the world, even if it doesn't always seem like it. "I wanted just to talk about this because I meet a lot of people and a lot of times they'll be like, 'Oh my God, I love how you're all about body positivity and confident.' Let me tell you: Right now, I’m not feeling so confident." After a night of reflection, Bebe posted to her Instagram Story, writing: "See you tonight @VMAS!"

Recently, the Meant To Be singer split from her boyfriend Keyan Safyari. The 33-year-old shared the breakup news while performing at the 02 Shepherd's Bush Empire in London, admitting to the crowd that she was feeling fragile after ending the relationship. She shared now-deleted pictures of a message presumably sent by Keyan that judged her on a recent weight gain.
