Stormzy 'ready to have kids with Maya Jama' as couple take huge step
Stormzy is reportedly "ready to have kids" with Maya Jama after rekindling their romance. The loved-up couple are thought to be heading for therapy in a bid to "nip their past issues in the bud" before trying to start a family.
The rapper and Love Island presenter, who got back together last month after a romantic holiday, dated from 2015 to 2019 before calling things quits. But it was during a lavish Greek getaway that the pair decided to give things another go.
Things seem to be moving quickly as insiders close to Maya and Stomzy tell The Mirror they are ready to be "guided through the highs and lows of life". A source explained: "Stormzy and Maya have been encouraged to go to ‘couples’ therapy’ to nip their past issues in the bud once and for all."

The friend revealed: "Stormzy and Maya have never stopped loving each other and want to do all they can to protect their second shot at lifelong happiness. Stormzy has already told friends he’s ready to have kids as early as next year."

Born Michael Ebenezer Kwadjo Omari Owuo Jr, the rapper spoke previously about making mistakes. He once admitted: "You lose someone you loved, someone you cared for, someone who is special to you. That’s probably the biggest loss a man can have, isn’t it?"
But things are seemingly swimmingly once again after the duo were seen soaking up the sun, however experts warn The Mirror Maya may be "wary" about their extremely public relationship rekindling at the moment.
Judi James, a body language expert, warns that not everything is as rosy as it seems as she weighs in on the couple's hidden signals in photographs of the pair holding hands. She reckons Stormzy is "delighted" about the reunion while Maya looks "bashful".
She told The Mirror: "It's without doubt Stormzy who looks the most delighted at this reunion. He’s put being or acting cool to one side and just used the body language signals of a man with a massive crush, walking with chest puffed; chin raised; eyebrows arched and the biggest grin on his face."
Judi predicts it was Stormzy who made the decision to go public. She said he was "holding his arm out in an emphatic gesture to show Maya he has no intention of keeping their reunion private or quiet. When they clasp hands their fingers are meshed, showing closeness, while he keeps the clasped hands held out and high to make sure everyone can see they are a couple."
Dissecting the images even more, Judi explained: "The shopping bags in one hand complete the idyllic look, although Maya’s signals do suggest she’s a little more wary about shouting their relationships from the rooftops yet. Her expression looks a bit bashful in some of these poses and it’s interesting that, when their hand clasp changes, it’s her hand on top of his in the clasp, suggesting she’s keen to take control here."
