Move over, Erling Haaland!

Who needs a 23-minute hat-trick when you’re Alisha Lehmann and have a right foot like a rapier whip and the bling to match?

The Aston Villa star has become the latest footballer to collaborate with Prime – the energy drink promoted by Youtube stars KSI and Logan Paul – following Manchester City striker Haaland last week. But where Haaland’s monstrous appetite for ludicrous goalscoring is famed, it was the 24-year-old Swiss international who ignited an internet frenzy with her debut for the social media sensations' popular brand.

Lehmann, dressed in a navy blue sleeveless pin-stripe dress suit and donning her iconic long blonde ponytail, announced her newest collab by executing a wicked curling strike and knocking an iridescent blue bottle of Prime off the top of the crossbar.

In the video, posted to Prime and Lehmann’s social media accounts, KSI and Paul are subsequently seen going nuts in celebration.

Lehmann also posted a photo to her own social media page to commemorate the partnership. Donning a glittering bespoke PRIME branded necklace, she stood alongside KSI and Paul, posing in a mirror.

The Villa player also posted on X, formally known as Twitter, saying: “Barbie girls drinks Prime”, while KSI posted: "We ain't stopping! Absolute pleasure to have her be part of the team."

It’s shrewd marketing from all parties, with the Prime duo tapping into Lehmann’s worldwide social media appeal.

The Villa winger, who had been linked with a move to Manchester United earlier this summer, boasts a staggering 15 million Instagram followers - making her the most followed women’s footballer in the world.

Lehmann has been at Villa Park since 2021 and recently extended her contract with the Midlands club until 2026 with the option of a further year.

Lehmann was integral to Villa’s impressive fifth-place finish in the WSL season.

After agreeing the new deal, manager Carla Ward said: “Alisha has been a big part of our journey since I arrived and has played a huge part in our progression as a football club.

"She is a very important piece to the puzzle and is someone I thoroughly enjoy working with. We're delighted she's committed her long-term future with us.”
