Madonna's daughter Lourdes Leon confidently posed braless in a daring see-through netted dress and platforms alongside fellow celebrities at a star-studded bash in New York.
The 26-year-old, who is the eldest child of the Material Girl pop icon, attended the Victoria’s Secret New York Fashion Week event at the Manhattan Center to celebrate the return of the lingerie brand’s legendary runway show. The Victoria’s Secret World Tour, which is the brand’s first show in four years, features supermodels including Naomi Campbell and Winnie Harlow, as well as a performance from Doja Cat. Celebrities including Lourdes, Gigi Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski and Julia Fox were in the audience for the runway show, which has been filmed for Amazon Prime, and will air later this month.
Model and musician Lourdes, who is known for her risqué fashion choices on the red carpet, rocked a barely-there mini dress for the prestigious bash on Wednesday, which was designed by Ukrainian-born, US-based designer Natalia Fedner. Her dress was made of a metal textile that was stretched to resemble a loose netting, making the outfit look like it was made out of a spiderweb. Lourdes finished off the outfit with a black thong, sky-high open-toe platform stilettos, and a stunning necklace by Stephen Webster Jewelry, as she strutted into the runway show.

The dress was made of metal (Richie Buxo/REX/Shutterstock)According to People, the dress “instantaneously moulds to the body, adopting the heat of the wearer within 15 seconds”, and is “both comfortable and strong” while having a “six-way stretch”, meaning Lourdes was able to easily sit down in the dress while she watched the long-awaited return of the Victoria’s Secret show. The lingerie brand scrapped their staple Victoria’s Secret Angels in 2019 following controversy over comments made by its former marketing chief about transgender models.
Victoria’s Secret has now “reimagined” their iconic runway show, and instead, audiences will be treated to a feature-length show that will “highlight emerging global trailblazers” and will air on Amazon Prime Video on 23 September. The eagerly-awaited film will “unite fashion, film, art and culture featuring dynamic global creatives, top supermodels, musical talent and more.” Previous shows have featured performances from stars including Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, and Ed Sheeran, and some of the world’s biggest supermodels such as Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, and Alessandra Ambrosio have donned the infamous feathered wings to become Victoria’s Secret Angels.

The 65-year-old was admitted to intensive care after contracting a serious bacterial infection, just weeks before she was due to kick off her epic world tour. “Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care. A full recovery is expected,” her manager Guy Oseary said in a statement at the time. The Queen of Pop has since made a miraculous recovery, and will begin her world tour next month.
