Taylor Swift narrowly avoids ex-boyfriend Matty Healy three months after split

Taylor Swift was spotted heading to a recording studio in New York City, just a few blocks away from where her ex-boyfriend Matty Healy was seen kissing a new woman.

The Shake It Off hit maker, 33, parted ways with 34-year-old Matty just three months ago following a whirlwind romance. Now it seems she's ready to add some new music to her long list of hits.

Taylor wore a casual outfit as she was seen at the Electric Lady Music studio in Manhattan on Tuesday. She was dressed in a low-cut black tank top and a pair of loose-fitting cargo pants.

She also opted for a beige baseball cap and a pair of thick black boots. The songstress carried her belongings in a light brown handbag which she wore over her shoulder.

Taylor braided her long blonde hair and wore her iconic red lipstick. She completed her look with a gold necklace and matching bracelets.

The singer's outing came as her ex-boyfriend Matty was spotted just a few blocks away from Taylor's recording studio. The British rocker was pictured embracing model Gabbriette Bechtel as they shared several steamy kisses in the streets.

Matty and Gabbriette couldn't keep their hands off each other and walked along holding hands. In pictures obtained by the Daily Mail, Gabbriette wrapped her arms around the 1975 frontman as she gazed at him lovingly.

Matty and Taylor were first reported to be getting close earlier this year, before they were spotted out and about in New York, with Matty even supporting the singer at her Nashville gigs in April. Their romance came after Taylor's split from her boyfriend of six years, Joe Alwyn.

The pair were seen on a number of dates, with Matty even accompanying Taylor to a session at a recording studio. However, it was announced back in June that their romance is no more.

It was reported that Taylor was the one to break things off. A source told TMZ at the time that Taylor is "single" again.
