Holly Willoughby 'wows' fans in 'chic' high street denim dress

Denim is having a moment this autumn and Holly Willoughby is one person who is jumping on that trend in style as on Tuesday morning (September 5) she appeared on This Morning, following her summer hiatus, in a gorgeous denim dress from the high street - & Other Stories.

Sharing a picture of her in her outfit just minutes before the ITV show aired, Holly looked radiant as she donned a dark blue wash denim sleeveless midi dress and camel coloured sandal heels - perfect for this warm September weather.

Writing on Instagram, the 42-year-old said: "Morning Tuesday… see you on @thismorning at 10am with @alisonhammond55 @peterandre @jdonofficial … and it’s denim day in fashion today so joining in … #hwstyle dress by @andotherstories"

Fans of the mum of three soon rushed into her comments section to shower her in compliments as she showed the outfit.

One wrote: "Just such a beauty," while another said: "Love the dress Holly".

And what's even better is that the dress is from the high street (meaning regular folk like us can bag it) and retails at £75 - a bargain. Holly's Collared Midi Shirt Dress features a really flattering soft denim fabric that with a waist tie is gorgeously figure hugging - which is enhanced by the shirred bust and front placket. The notched lapel collar also adds a super stylish element to the dress and can be dressed casually or dolled up. If dark blue isn't quite your thing, the brand has the same design in a bright red print and light beige floral print.

Paired with some casual camel coloured Dune sandal heels (which are on sale by the way and have limited sizes left), we are big fans of this outfit.

For a lighter shade of blue denim, Nobody's Child do a stunning midi dress that is almost identical but just doesn't have the lapels or the waist tie (£65) while River Island has a beige version (£55) that looks like the perfect dress to wear as the summer days fade into autumn. For a lighter material, Next's Sleeveless Belted Button Down Dress is £48 and comes in black and olive green.
