Priscilla Presley insists she 'never had sex' with Elvis Presley aged 14

Priscilla Presley shared a tear-filled reaction watching her love story with Elvis Presley depicted on the big screen during the Venice Film Festival, revealing intimate details about her sex life at 14 years old with the legendary rockstar.

She insisted they "never had sex" and he did "not take advantage of her youth" as she spoke up from the audience during a press conference following the premiere of Sofia Coppola 's biographical drama 'Priscilla'. The film opens up on her relationship and controversial age difference with the famous singer. The now-78-year-old celeb raved over the new film and gave an inside look at the start of her budding romance with Elvis.

Priscilla said: "Even though I was 14, I was actually a little bit older in life — not in numbers. That was the attraction. People think, ‘Oh, it was sex.’ No, it wasn’t. I never had sex with him," she continued: "He was very kind, very soft, very loving, but he also respected the fact I was only 14 years old. We were more in line in thought, and that was our relationship.”

The movie Priscilla is based on a true story depicting Priscilla Beaulieu and legendary rock 'n' roll superstar Elvis Presley's epic love story. The upcoming film starring Cailee Spaeny and Jacob Elordi follows the pair as Elvis meets Priscilla as a young 14-year-old girl and sweeps her off her feet into a secret romance as he helps her to discover her own voice.

Following the premiere, Priscilla said: “It’s very difficult to sit and watch a film about you, about your life, about your love.” She continued: “Sofia did an amazing job. She did her homework, we spoke a couple of times and I really put everything out for her that I could.”

Reflecting on the start of her relationship, Priscilla revealed that it was "very difficult" for her parents to understand why the famous rockstar was interested in her. She explained that they had a strong emotional connection and she was more of a listener and Elvis would "pour his heart out" to her in Germany. Due to the nature of their relationship, Priscilla took every measure to keep their relationship private and kept their romance a secret from everyone she went to school with.

Priscilla said: "I never, ever, ever told anyone that I was seeing him, and that was another issue that he loved, is the fact that I never gave him up in any way," she continued: "So, we built a relationship and then our relationship went on until I left. And it wasn’t because I didn’t love him — he was the love of my life. It was the lifestyle that was so difficult for me."

The new film “Priscilla” produced by A24 will be released in theatres on October 27.
