Rita Ora and Kate Beckinsale left very little to the imagination

Rita Ora and Kate Beckinsale certainly made the most of being in Venice, Italy as they dressed to impress for a celebrity get together.

The British stars looked incredibly glamorous as they stepped out on the amFAR Gala red carpet on Sunday evening alongside the likes of Bella Thorne, Milla Jovovich and Welsh actor, Luke Evans. While the famous Venice Film Festival may not have been celebrated in its usual style due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strikes, the annual AIDS event had a string of A-listers walking the carpet.

It was the likes of actress Kate, 50, and singer-turned-actress Rita, 32, who ensured they commanded the attention of onlookers with their striking numbers for the event.

Kate looked sensational as she slipped into a see-through black dress with sparkling gold embellishments on the trim of the sleeves, around the bottom of the dress and on the neckline as she rocked a gold bodysuit under her head-turning outfit. Opting to make sure she stood out, Kate wore a pair of huge platformed heels adding several more inches to her petite frame. Completing her look, the movie star went for a full face of makeup to accentuate her already glowing tan as she posed for the cameras.

Rita Ora's look certainly turned heads

Her outing came just days after she debuted a new tattoo in memory of her late cat, Clive, who recently passed away. Paying tribute to her feline friend, Kate showcased her new inking as she wore a white strapless top, and her tattoo of Clive's eyes was etched onto her shoulder blade. Captioning her post, she penned: "How can a light that burned so brightly Suddenly burn so pale. love you always."

Meanwhile, Anywhere songstress Rita Ora certainly stood out from the crowd as she rocked a thong bodysuit beneath a sheer dress. The musician remained classy as she posed for the cameras after slipping into a nude coloured bodysuit complete with a sheer black dress, which included a long train and a sculpted white corsage.

Her gym-honed physique certainly stood out as her outfit cinched in at her waist which was neatly decorated with a sparkling belt. London-born Rita chose a minimal yet effective makeup look with a touch of pink lipstick on her plump pout, while her blonde tresses were styled into loose natural waves flowing down her back.

She completed her look with a pair of platformed black open-toed shoes to give her an extra height advantage as she posed with her mum Vera, sister Elena and then her husband Taika Waititi. Celebrities came out in force for the amfAR Gala which celebrates The Foundation for AIDS Research.

The foundation is one of the world's leading nonprofit organisations which helps support reach into AIDS, HIV prevention, treatment, education and advocacy.
