Pizza Hut boss accused of locking 16-year-old in bathroom before raping her
Police have seized a Pizza Hut boss accused of the rape of a teenage employee.
Suspect Calvin Cooke, 31, is accused of telling his colleague, 16, to clean the women's toilets, before locking her in there with him and performing sex acts on her.
He has been charged in Osceola County, Florida with sexual battery of a minor, transmitting harmful information to a minor, unlawful use of a two-way communication device and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He has been sent to Osceola County Jail with bail set at $33,000 and is awaiting trial.
Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez said: "He told the victim to clean the female bathroom. When the victim went into the bathroom he followed her and shut the door. While in the bathroom he committed sex acts upon the victim."
He continued: "The actions of this individual are not only disgusting and disturbing beyond words can describe, but they are the betrayal and disruption of trust we put into adults."

Cooke, 17 stone, was accused of the crime another colleague told the victim's parents, who called police in Kissimmee, Florida. The girl said she felt she had been forced to have sex because she was scared of Cooke.
"They called 911. When detectives spoke to the victim she said she was worried about making him upset and was concerned about her job," said Sheriff Lopez.
The age on consent in Florida is 18. Anyone over the age of 24 that has sex with someone who is aged 16 or 17 can be charged with rape. Cooke is also accused of sending her sexually explicit images on the messaging app Snapchat despite knowing she is underage.
Sheriff Lopez said: "This suspect deserves to be put on blast, and people need to know about what he did. He needs to be exposed for the type of person he is, and it's sad, but unfortunately, they live amongst us."
The sheriff added: "The reason we put him on blast and put his picture out there is because imagine this is your friend and your daughters or this is your neighbour.
"You want to know who this guy is. These are the type of people we want to keep off the streets to make sure we keep the kids safe."
Police alleged Cooke was aware the victim was underage.
