Woman with 'world's biggest cheeks' visits gynaecologist for mystery procedure

A model who is known for having the 'world's biggest cheeks' has revealed she is going to have yet another procedure after a visit to the gynaecologist. Anastasia Pokreshchuk, from Kyiv, Ukraine, has undergone countless filler injections and is known for her controversial look.

Anastasia had her first surgical procedure done when she was 26 - and aside from her big cheeks also has veneers, and breast implants and has had Botox injected into her forehead. Due to her protruding cheekbones, Anastasia claims to have the 'biggest cheeks in the world' and has spent thousands of pounds to change her appearance. In a bid to maintain that title she's now "lost count" of how many procedures she's had - and she's not slowing down.

Recently, Anastasia shared a before and after photo of herself aged 18 and 34, and also revealed she's gone under the knife in order to get the "biggest breast implants" possible. But now she's planning yet another procedure with a gynaecologist, which has left her fans on social media concerned.

Keeping the actual procedure a mystery, Anastasia shared a clip online, which has since had over 113,000 views and thousands of likes. In the video, the content creator could be seen speaking to the camera while sitting sitting opposite a doctor.

She then shows the surgical chair, and says: "Today I have an appointment with the gynaecologist. Soon I will have an operation and from today I will start treatment. I will tell you everything in detail [...] The first gynaecologist I want to see again and whom I trusted."

Many of the content creators' fans were worried about the so-far unknown procedure, while also offering suggestions of what they thought it could be. One person suggested: "A rose with extra lips," while another used added: "Will you have a uterus extended?"

Anastasia's extreme cosmetic work has received its fair share of mixed reactions, and has even been compared to a Marvel character in the past. However, the blue-haired star loves her look. She previously said: "After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them. I understand that they look weird for other people, but I don't mind."
