Tamzin Outhwaite, 52, parades yoga skills on loved up holiday with her boyfriend
Actress Tamzin Outhwaite was all smiles as she showed off her impressive yoga moves while taking time out at a retreat in Marbella.
The 52-year-old star, who was accompanied by her boyfriend Tom Child,32, proved she was as flexible as ever as she positioned her body in a number of tricky poses. The mother of two headed to the Spanish island for a week with her beau of five years to take in everything the Shanti-Som Wellbeing Retreat had to offer. Their holiday is quite fitting as the pair met at a yoga class in 2017, four years after she split from her husband Tom Ellis in 2013.
As the couple's relationship continued to go from strength to strength Tom moved in with the star and her two daughters. And she has described him as "the best" step-dad to her children. Taking to social media, Tamzin wrote: "7 nights, 12 yoga classes, 6 meditations, a massage, steam/sauna/swim, a few tears, many giggles...mountain hikes, delicious meals, like-minded people, new friends, delightful staff, sunshine & peace."

She was joined by her boyfriend Tom (Instagram)She then added that Tom, who is a director, contributed to the laughs with his "one loud trump during group yoga." She continued: "A needed reset and reminder that we are on the right path. I experienced many spiritual reminders. Firstly 'Hurt people hurt people but healed people heal people' 'Everyone’s path is different & everyone is at different stages of growth.' 'I will never be the finished product. I am always a work in progress until the end' 'I am working on my mind, moving my body, protecting my energy & listening to my soul'."
She went on to explain: "These are not just inspirational quotes for me, but gentle reminders on how to live. Staying open, free & positive in this world is a daily mantra. Thank you to all the teachers, practitioners, staff & guests who contributed to this peace I feel."

Her upload which has racked up thousands of likes was soon flooded with compliments from celeb pals and fans. Singer Chelcee Grimes penned: "You beautiful human! You look great!!!!" While her former EastEnders co-star Kacey Ainsworth wrote: "Beautiful looks soooo good."
"Wow looks so gorgeous!" said Juliet Sear. West End star Kerry Ellis commented: "Love this so much xxx would love to do this x you look so content." Last month, the former soap star marked ten years since her ex-husband "walked out on us" before she claimed that she was still finding out about more alleged romantic liaisons that were committed behind her back.
In her now-deleted tweet, Tamzin wrote: "Ten years since the father of my kids walked out on us for the final time. I still meet new people on jobs who reveal more infidelities and lies that he committed. But thankfully my heart and soul are clear and clean and I could not be happier right now" But soon after deleting the message, she thanked her followers for their support over her "now deleted tweet."
She added: "I was marking the 10-year anniversary with pride, a feeling of triumph & genuine gratitude. I understand it has triggered some people. For anyone struggling, the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself."
