EastEnders teases horror showdown for Stacey and stalker Theo as he's exposed

EastEnders has teased the moment Stacey Slater's stalker Theo is finally exposed in terrifying scenes on the BBC soap.

In upcoming episodes, Stacey finally realises that Theo has been the one harassing her for months, just as two Walford residents crack on to his odd behaviour. Theo debuted on the BBC show earlier this year, as an old school teacher of Freddie Slater.

Freddie confronted him for how he treated him in school leading to an apology, while Theo also tried to help Freddie be referred for an ADHD assessment. Since then Theo has stuck around, and has been there for the Slaters at some difficult moments, often saving the day.

No one has really questioned him being around after all this time, while none of them have any idea of his real intentions. Stacey is yet to discover he is her main subscriber on her SecretCam account, and has repeatedly requested private and specific content from her. From explicit messages to video calls, Theo is clearly obsessed with Stacey while his identity remains a secret.

But Stacey's ex Martin Fowler is on to him, and he's told Eve Unwin he's sure there's something not right about Theo. With them aware Stacey has a stalker, Martin is the only person to have questioned if it could be Theo.

Things have stepped up recently with break-ins and sinister messages with Stacey terrified. But a new trailer has revealed there's more horror to come, as Theo finally reveals himself to Stacey in terrifying scenes.

A new teaser shows the moment Stacey finally works out the truth, as Theo makes his way into the Slater house. Just as Martin warns Eve he thinks Theo is dangerous and a mystery character warns the pair that Theo is trouble, the video shows Stacey staring at him in terror as he shouts at her.

It's clear Stacey is in danger but how far is he prepared to go? In the clip Theo screams at Stacey and says: "I'm the best thing that's ever happened to you," as a shaken Stacey tells him: "You need to get out, now."

A voice then says: "If he's obsessed with your friend then she's in trouble." In that moment after Stacey bolts the front door, she heads to the kitchen to find him stood there waiting for her. Will anyone get to Stacey in time?
