Jason Momoa goes full throttle in concert mosh pit as actor enjoys some downtime
Jason Momoa has stunned fans by going full throttle in a concert mosh pit on Friday night, leaving onlookers in awe as he did so. But really, it's not much of a surprise to many.
The Aquaman actor, 44, was seen at a Metallica concert last night. Attending the gig at the SoFi Stadium in LA, Jason was seen at the venue with the likes of John Travolta, Adria Arjona, and Vanderpup Rules star Tom Sandoval also in attendance at the gig. Band Pantera was one of the two acts that opened up the show for Metallica, with one of the band members sharing some behind-the-scene snaps today.

The actor appeared to be having the time of his life (Instagram)Charlie Benante, who is Pantera's drummer, took to social media today to share some snaps, with him revealing Jason's mosh pit rock out. Writing a caption, Charlie said: "@metallica @panteraofficial at @sofistadium last night was a blast! Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that I'd play there? But it gets better. Talking to @johntravolta about folding 2 slices of pizza together while walking and eating was hilarious. If you've seen the opening of #saturdaynightfever you'll understand."
He then spoke of Jason's mosh pit stint when he added: "Seeing Jason @prideofgypsies in the pit tearing it up was a highlight for me, made me work harder for sure- I [love] him." In the clips of Jason in the mosh pit, the actor looked like he was having the time of his life as he danced the night away and completely rocked out. Wearing a tan t-shirt and some grey pants, Jason looked incredible as he enjoyed some downtime and let off some steam.

The next season of @pumprules @bravotv should be another exciting season." Concluding his caption, Charlie rounded up the post by gushing over the "great night" he had, which was filled with energy.

It's not much of a surprise that Jason was seen rocking out at the gig. In the past he has revealed that he listened to a lot of rock music from Pantera and Metallica, especially to get in the right mood to play Conan in Conan The Barbarian.
"Aquaman is very Metal, I know that nobody thinks about it, but it’s Metal," he said in an interview back in 2018. He then added: "I kind of build my characters using songs of the genre. Conan (The Barbarian) was [a very heavy Pantera, I say Aquaman is made from Tool and Metallica’s ‘Kill ‘Em All’, ‘Ticks And Leeches’ from Tool, if I’m more specific, there’s also a lot of Black Sabbath there."
