Jennifer Lawrence spotted spending quality time with her son in rare appearance
Jennifer Lawrence was seen taking her toddler son for a stroll in a playground in New York. The Hunger Games star was dressed in all white, with a pink hat and chic Loewe shades and chose to keep her look simple and elegant for the walk with her young son.
The outing, which is rare for both Jennifer and her first child, who has sparsely been seen by the public, comes after she welcomed the child with her husband Cooke Maroney back in February. After keeping her pregnancy a secret until September, J-Law announced the pair were expecting their first child together and had even joked in December that the couple had enjoyed "tons of sex" since she took a break from acting.
She was also rumoured to have had her baby shower at the end of January. Sources told PEOPLE in September that the actress had long been wanting to start a family.
The source, who revealed Jennifer was happy to finally find the right partner in Cooke, said: "She loves married life, and they have a solid foundation for a baby. She is very happy and looking forward to being a mom."
The Hollywood star confessed in a chat with Vanity Fair last year that she planned to keep her baby out of the public eye. Speaking to the publication, she said: "If I was at a dinner party, and somebody was like, ‘Oh, my God, you’re expecting a baby,’ I wouldn’t be like, ‘God, I can’t talk about that. Get away from me, you psycho!’ But every instinct in my body wants to protect their privacy for the rest of their lives, as much as I can.

Jen and art dealer Cooke were first romantically linked in 2018 before getting engaged the following year in February. Their whirlwind romance quickly resulted in marriage just a few months later as the pair wed in a lavish ceremony in Rhode Island.
The event welcomed a host of famous faces to watch the happy couple read their vows. Among their 150 guests included celebrity pals such as , Amy Schumer, and Emma Stone.
