Stacey Dooley is a proud mum on holiday as daughter Minnie swims for first time

Stacey Dooley has shared snaps from her family getaway with boyfriend Kevin Clifton and baby Minnie.

The documentary maker took to Instagram to reveal the trio had enjoyed a luxury holiday at country house hotel Homewood Bath, where rooms can cost over £400 a night. The Georgian manor also has a spa and heated outdoor pool.

And it looked like Stacey and Strictly Come Dancing star Kevin were staying in the show-stopping Luxe Hot Tub Suite as she posted fresh-faced snaps in her bikini she enjoyed the bubbles.

In another snap Stacey posed with a cocktail in hand as she flashed a peace sign with her other and wrote: “Mocky T made especially for meee @homewoodbath ...ta so much #kindly gifted.”

Although she steered clear of posting any snaps of eight-month-old Minnie’s face, Stacey did share a sweet snap of the tot’s ‘Tutti Frutti’ vest and shorts and wrote over the top: “Vest game 10/10.”

Posting more snaps of the luxury surroundings including the Wisteria-clad front of the hotel, perfectly manicured gardens and chic sun loungers, Stacey wrote: “Ta so much to everyone at @homewoodbath.

"You were so kind and accommodating... we ate Eton Mess and Minnie took her first swim. I had a massage and Kev and I took it in turns to get in the hot tub. Kindly gifted. V grateful.”

Fans were quick to comment underneath with one writing: “Oh my God, that place is stunning! Don’t you just want to live there?” while another said: “We adore that place.”

A third commented: “My friend’s and I were on those very sun loungers a few weeks ago, beautiful place.” A fourth chimed in: “Jealous much? Of course I am. Looks lovely and you’re looking great too Stacey.”

But some followers took aim at the fact the stay was gifted after Homewood Bath wrote: “It was sooo good to have you with us. Hope you all had the most amazing time.” In response, one fan wrote: “Any chance of gifting me a stay?” followed by laughing face emojis. While another said: “Why not gift to ordinary hard-working people. Just a thought...”

Stacey and Kevin met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2019 and not only did they win the famous glitterball trophy, they pair fell in love and went public with their romance months after the show ended.

Since then, they have bought a house together in London and welcomed their baby girl called Minnie, who was born in January. So the next natural step would be marriage – but it appears Stacey isn’t that keen on becoming the fourth Mrs Clifton.

Revealing her thoughts on the matter in the latest episode of Stacey Dooley Sleeps Over, the 36-year-old shared: “Marriage has just never been massively important to me.

"And obviously, it’s very well documented Kev’s done it a couple of times before, so you do have to bear that in mind. Coming down the aisle, ‘Hello everyone, I know what you’re all thinking.’”

And she joked her in reference to the fourth wife of Henry VIII.
