Lisa Armstrong has delighted fans after debuting a dramatic new look, less than a few weeks after her reported break-up from boyfriend James Green hit headlines. The Strictly Come Dancing makeup artist took to Instagram on Sunday to post a selfie in which she can be seen wearing a dainty new nose ring, much to the excitement of her 156k followers.

Lisa took the snap at the annual Rewind Festival in Henley, where she was joined by her celebrity hairdresser friend, Luca Jones, for a relaxing weekend of 80s music and sun-soaked camping. She captioned the summery post, "Festival vibes!!!" and wished her followers a 'Happy Sunday' after tagging her enviable location. It didn't take long for Lisa's loyal fans to spot her delicate facial jewellery, which appears to be a new addition to her look.

"Love the nose ring, it looks fabulous x," one person wrote, while another said, "Omg you look absolutely gorgeous."

Lisa has not previously been photographed with a nose ring, suggesting she's either had the body modification done recently or is simply wearing a clip-on hoop. As for her outfit, the former Deuce singer went with a black jacket and stylish sunglasses. Meanwhile, her brown hair was tied up into two playful space buns and her chest was adorned by a chain necklace with a gold medal pendant.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Lisa had split from her boyfriend of three years, James Green. The talented makeup artist had previously been wedded to Ant McPartlin, having first met the TV host in 1994 on a Smash Hits tour in Newcastle in 1994. The celebrity couple divorced in 2018, however, after 23 years of marriage.

Lisa started dating electrician James in 2020 when he split from his wife Kirsty and moved out of their £475,000 Hampshire home. According to a source, her recent separation from the Sky staffer has taken their inside circle by surprise.

"I don't really know what has gone wrong. The two of them were only on a swanky holiday together in the Caribbean or somewhere about eight weeks ago," they told the MailOnline. "He was with her one day, and he just wasn't with her the next day. There was no inkling that anything was wrong." It's understood that James, who has two teenage children with his ex-wife, told Lisa that he wanted to break up when she was away on a business trip.
