Arnold Schwarzenegger's son is following in his dad's footsteps

Joseph Baena looks identical to his father Arnold Schwarzenegger as he showed off his bulging muscles during a trip to the beach.

The 25-year-old bodybuilder and aspiring actor took to Instagram to give his followers a glimpse of his training results and fans couldn't believe how much he resembles 76-year-old Arnold. In the picture, Joseph was seen wearing a pair of Versace swimming briefs which featured a gold pattern on the waistband.

Copying one of his dad's signature poses, Joseph bent one arm back and held the other straight in the air as he looked off into the distance. He captioned the post: "Ready for Hurricane Hilary."

Fans went wild over the snap and quickly compared him to the Terminator actor. One person wrote: "Road to become Arnold 2.0," with a raised hands emoji.

Another said: "Wow..just opened IG and thought it was Arnold!" while a third fan commented: "You look so much like your father." Someone else added: "Your dad is my husbands favorite actor. You’re his twin. The world is in your hands.. reach for the stars."

Joseph was born after Arnold an affair with the family housekeeper, Mildred Baena. Mildred gave birth to her son just five days after Arnold's then-wife Maria Shriver gave birth to their son Christopher.

At the time, nobody knew that Joseph was Arnold's child. Then in 2010, when Joseph was 13, he found out who his dad was when the media announced it. Arnold then confirmed the speculation in 2011.

Arnold and Joseph have developed a close relationship over the years and they often work out together at the gym. Joseph has previously described his father as the "best training partner".

Arnold spoke about Joseph in his self-titled Netflix docuseries, saying during the third episode that he is a "fantastic man" and commenting: "He makes me feel proud". He added: "It was wrong, what I did, but I don't want to make Joseph feel that he's not welcome in this world, because he's very much welcome in this world and I love him."
